Review: I have ordered Garcinia online for a promotional price of 4.95. Nowhere in their material or email confirmation did it state that they will charge my account $89.95 11 days later. Had I known that I am agreeing to an automated monthly charge, I would have not signed up. Once I realized that they are charging me, I have contacted the customer service centre to ask them to reverse the charges. The customer service reps were very uncooperative and rude. My repeated requests to speak to manager and or/supervisor were not listened to. They have refused to issue a refund. All I want at this point is a refund of $89.95. They should also make adjustments to their advertising to be more transparent. Their email confirmations should clearly state by which date you need to unsubscribe. If their product is good, they don't need to trick consumers into purchasing it.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $89.95 immediately.

Review: I feel that this company is intentially deceptive regarding their 14 day trial practices. First, the company advertises several places on their website "100% satisfaction guarantee" - I am not satisfied yet they will not give me a refund. Second, I cancelled my trial on the 14th day and they said that because I cancelled via the internet and not via phone that my account was charged and that all charges are "non-refundable" - this is stealing in my opinion. Finally, I just got my shipment less than a week ago - I feel that this company intentionally ships the product late so that you aren't able to try the product and are distracted before the trial period is up.

Review: I ordered a trial for 4.95. I never received the trial. In the mean time within 2 weeks they charged my account 89.95. I called them several times telling them I never received there product The tracking number they gave me was not traceable. They said I had to send the product back in order to get my refund. I went to my bank and closed my account. They would never let me talk to a supervisor, when I asked they acted like they could not hear me. I called three different times. I got a different answer on when the package was to arrive. I feel like this was a scam.Desired Settlement: Was just asking them to refund 89.95 to my account since I never got the product.

Review: I seen an advertisement in regards to Garcinia Advanced and [redacted]; they offered a free trial paying shipping and handling. I took advantage of this offer, but did not want to continue.I had called and followed the cancel directions, yet today 11/15/14 I received the product and in total my card was charged about $[redacted]!In order to remedy the situation I called and asked for a refund and I would return the product that WAS NOT ORDERED. I spoken to rudely and interrupted several times. They refused a refund so I informed them I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company.I have [redacted] that prohibit me from taking this type of supplement at this point in time. My doctor had advised not to take this product until further recommended. The amount charged without my consent was also the amount to be used to buy my children Christmas...as a single parent on disability I have limited resources...that are now more limited.Medications I am on currently:[redacted]Due to an upcoming surgery, I am to stick to only the above medications. All I want from the company is a refund and cancellation in writing.Desired Settlement: The only request I have is a refund and a letter in writing stating a cancellation and that my credit card will not be charged any further.

Review: I ordered the 14 day free trial of the Garcinia Gold having to pay only the shipping. I did receive the product.

My bank notified me 14 days later on August 15th that an unauthorized debit of $89.95 had been taken from my account. I immediately called the# above. There is no way to speak to a representative. I canceled the order per their menu, but the message stated the order had gone out on August 15th for a 30 day supply.

I have never received the order. The message I receive when I call the above # states that my account is canceled-good-bye!Desired Settlement: I would like my $$ back. I did not receive the product that was supposedly shipped 8/15/2014.

Review: When agreeing to try out a trial product and confirming transaction the company adds on another product for the consumer to try without consent so the consumer is charged shipping for both products. Regardless, if consumer did not agree on second product. Then when immediately contacted about situation consumer is given an apology, then a bunch of options to purchase other products after told the will receive a refund. Refund is not received but a cancellation email is. Then consumer is shipped the product that was supposed to be cancelled days ago and charged anyways.Desired Settlement: Refund of order as told the consumer would receive. Also, the company should not force the consumer to purchase a second trial product when only wanting the single trial.

Review: I purchased Garcinia Gold and CleansePro on a free trial basis. For 14 days with 30 Day "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" if I was unsatisfied with the product. According to the terms of agreement, if I did not want the product I was suppose to cancel within the time allotted "14 days." I purchased the product on 06/16/2014 and 06/17/2014. They didn't send out the product until 5 days later. I received the product 7 days later. I tried the product and I was unsatisfied. I cancelled on 06/29/2014, 13 days into the agreement and they still charged me. First the initial $4.95 then 89.95 as well as $5.95 for Cleanse Pro and 79.95 on 07/01/2014. I called and they very rude. They would not connect me to a supervisor or manager and stated that they were counting from the date of purchase and it was over 14 days. I said not in this country. After a few hours of arguing that agreed to refund my money as long as I send back the bottle that was going to be mailed out to me within 14 days. I agreed but I never received any bottles and I never received my refund.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for both bottles in the amount of $169.90

Review: I ordered Garcinia Advanced for a trial for $4.95. I did not see that I had to cancel it within 14 days or I would be getting a monthly subscription at the charge of $94.90/month. After I got my first credit card statement, I called and after 45 minutes on the phone, they cancelled my account and agreed to give me my money back if I returned the product. I did so promptly and received notice that they were refunding my money.

Then I just got a current credit card statement and there was a charge again for $94.90. I called customer service and was told I still had to pay for this because I hadn't cancelled in 14 days. This is not what I was led to believe after my lengthly call a month before. I told them I did not want to spend another 45 minutes on the phone again going over everything as we did a month ago. I was told that there was nothing they could do and I owed the money. I told them I would report them to the Revdex.com and they said "Go ahead".Desired Settlement: I want a credit of $94.90 on the credit card account and I don't want any further charges.

The refund on 8/11 for $94.90 was for the charge they made on my account on 7/3. Now there is another charge on 8/2 for $94.90 and this is the amount I am disputing.
