Customer was given a partial...

refund of $31.48 since customer could not return product to us for a full refund, however we have went ahead and issued an additional refund of $58.47 to the customer. We are not going to require the customer send the product back to us.

This consumer was already issued a refund, it does take a few days for the refund to show on the consumers statement but it should be there now.

This complaint is for Garcinia Today, an installment program. Although we provide the customer service and return processing for both this product and the patch program they are not related at all. This customer was already fully refunded for the purchase in question. The customer sent us...

back one unopened bottle and we refunded that in full and refunded the second bottle in full as well without receiving it back. We did require the customer to agree to the billing at the time of purchase but the customer did not recall checking the required box agreeing to the terms of the offer.

We provide customer service and return processing for multiple companies, this complaint has to do with the Garcinia Today product only.Customer claimed to have only received one bottle of product. When customer initially contacted us we provided tracking info stating that all bottles...

were delivered.[redacted]We offered to do a return for the unused product however customer claims to not have received the bottles even after the [redacted] verified them as delivered.In this case we went ahead and processed the full refund for the customer anyway without having her return them.

This was for the Garcinia Today program, which we also provide customer service for.Customer has already been fully refunded for all charges.

I am glad to see you are going to do the RIGHT thing and refund my full purchase price.  I still think you should not advertise a 1.95 special if your customers are going to be fooled into "installment payments" and then not accepting full refunds.  Thank you and I'll be checking my bank account for the refund. I shipped product back to you yesterday and I have a tracking number for it. You should get it tomorrow.
