Customer has been fully refunded for the Garcinia Today purchase. We usually require the customer to return the product for a refund but we made an exception for customer satisfaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9828471, and...

have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

As of 10:00 EST on 12/7/13, my credit card does not show any credit posted in the amount of my refund. I will keep checking, but until then, this is not resolved.

My credit card has been credited my full amount for the Garcinia product. I am happy with this resolution.

Customer has been fully refunded already.

Customer has been fully refunded for the transaction.

Customer was given a partial refund of $31.48 since customer could not return product to us for a full refund, however we have went ahead and issued an additional refund of $58.47 to the customer. We are not going to require the customer send the product back to us.

Customer agreed to a partial refund but we issued a full refund including the $45 the customer is asking for without requiring the customer to return any product.
