Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, ***/07/29) */ Credit cards were charged on [redacted] **th [redacted] & [redacted] **th *** For BM's gowns and Flower girl Dress Special order was placed [redacted] **th with our supplier [redacted] One Bridesmaid could not decide on the style, style# [redacted] or Style#*** So we waited until she decided on Style#***, we then place the order for the dresses on [redacted] **th, weeks after the deposit of 30% of the cost of the dress was made Bridesmaid gowns normally take approximately weeks after we place our order, to be delivered to our store from [redacted] The Bridesmaid gowns in question for [redacted] was Style# [redacted] $***[redacted] plus hst $**[redacted] for a total Of $***.**(not $***[redacted] plus) The $ [redacted] was paid to the seamstress who altered the bridesmaid gown for [redacted] This is for Alterations(not for repairs) This money Is separate from Carousel Bridal this money is the Seamstress Business Money I spoke with [redacted] **th over the phone and I explained to her I was the one who zipped [redacted] 's dress and I did not break the hook at the top of the gown I explained to [redacted] that [redacted] has standard sizes and all bridesmaid gowns need some sort of alterations weather it be a hem, taken in or let out [redacted] 's bridesmaid dress fit her perfect in the length, hip and waist, she needed it let out at the ribs, witch the seamstress did and it now fits her We told [redacted] she could have brought back the dress to us so we could fix the hook & eye (clasp) for free of charge Even though when the dress left our store it was in perfect shape [redacted] ***s comment about our part time clerk being rude to her, was untrueWe spoke to our part time clerk about the Phone call she received [redacted] **th and [redacted] was raising her voice on the phone at her which our part time clerk does not have to listen to or deal with that type of customer(nor do we) As I mention above [redacted] **th I spoke to [redacted] on the phone and she was fine with everything also because she special ordered a dress for her [redacted] That she did not pay for so we are absorbing the cost of that dress for her On the phone [redacted] **th she also said she want to bring her Wedding Gown back to us to have steamed again before her wedding This is a service we offer to all our customers Should we tell her we will not provide that service to her? Gardewine North is consistently late with delivering parcels to Gillam Manitoba I have been forced to use their services about times because there is no competition in my area They have never delivered a parcel to me on time, and have typically delivered parcels or weeks late, and that is only after I make repeated calls to the Thompson office In many cases, parcels have sat in the Gillam office for weeks before finally being delivered

Carousel advised my sister in law to be that they did not order the dresses as originally stated in [redacted]. They waited ** weeks before they placed the order but charged the credit cards. Carousel Bridal did not break the clasp. If ahe was unhappy with the cost of the alterations she should have told the seamstress that she was unhappy with the cost. 95% of bridesmaids dresses we sell need some sort of altering. They are all standard sizes. You can also call [redacted] to confirm this if you would like.....or even call any other bridal salon.
[redacted] sometimes gives us ** hours to cancel and order. Any length of time after the ** hours....the order is in [redacted]s system and they will not accept any cancelations for their retailers.

Carousel did break the clasp when they forced her into the dress! And as far as the cost of the alterations, she never should have had to been referred t a seamstress. [redacted]
We were not in and out of Carousel 10 to 12 times. I think it was 3-4 at best. [redacted].
