I am rejecting this response because:
I find it very interesting that Garvin Construction is interested in making sure I am satisfied with the work they performed at my home The project started in May 2015, since that time I made multiple calls and voicemails to Isaac G*** These calls were to inform him I was not safisfied with several issues concerning the roof, shutters, etc., and the voicemails I left said the same These calls went unanswered for many many weeks. It was only days after I had filed the Revdex.com complaint that FINALLY I received a call from Garvin Construction Isaac, the Owner, told me at that point he would only come out IF I would remove the Revdex.com complaint The Project Manager, Steve, was the one that last inspected my home in late September He had taken several photos of the corrections needed attention to and made notes The corrections were many Steve told me he would speak to Isaac, the Owner and these items would be addressed within weeks I received a voicemail from Garvin Construction stating the repairs would be done on October 17, 2015, weather permitting On October 19, 2015, two men from Garvin Construction were at my home when I got off work They were about to leave when I pointed out to them that many of the corrections needing attention they had never addressed These men were sent to "fix" the corrections but the company obviously never gave them the correction list nor photos taken by the Project Manager On October 20, 2015,(the day after the so called "fix") I personally called Isaac G*** and spoke to him During that call I advised him that I was not satisfied with some of the items needing corrected He immediately told me that unless I remove the complaint off the Revdex.com web site that he would not be making any other repairs to the items still not completed and would not be filing the necessary papers with my homeowners insuranceHe wasn't concerned with what I wasn't satisfied with but only that I remove my complaint with Revdex.com.Interesting enough, I received an email on October 24, 2015, from Jackie W*** representing Garvin Construction following up with me asking if I was satisfied with the corrections completed She also stated that Isaac informed her that he is willing to send all of the necessary release forms to my insurance company provided that I would rescind my complaints with the Revdex.com, as previously discussed I did not respond to her email because my discussion with MrGarvin on October 20th already addressed my concerns and dissatisfaction The email of October 24th is perhaps to cover a paper trail but the call I made to him on October 20th told him I was not satisfied and between the date of the last phone call October 20th and the email of October 24th, he not once sent his crew out to repair the items that still needed completed so therefore, I am still not satisfied and the job is not complete

I have received my paper work but know one has called me to set up a time for a final walk thru inspection they called my wife and she told them what is the best time to get in touch with me but no call yet to deal with a couple other issues I have

From: Paul S[redacted]Date: Fri, Nov 13, 2015 at 2:58 PMSubject: Response to Complaint [redacted]To: [redacted] <[redacted]@myRevdex.com.org>
On November 6, our office received a rejection of the response we provided to his initial complaint.
According to our production log, all issues that were brought to our attention were corrected. Subsequently, we contacted [redacted] numerous times by email and voicemail to verify the same, but to no avail we have heard nothing back. It is our policy to make every homeowner happy and address any issues they have with the repairs we do - no matter how large or small they may seem; however, if the customer refuses to communicate there is little, if anything, we can do to make sure the homeowner is happy. The possibility exists that a breach in interoffice communication may have occurred due to a change in personnel, but without a return phone call or email from [redacted] we cannot confirm whether this is the case. We welcome and encourage him to contact our office so that if there are any outstanding issues we can have them addressed in a timely manner.
With respect to the insurance release forms, the reason why we cannot send them to the insurance company to release their final check is because the insurance company needs confirmation that all work has been completed and that the homeowner is completely satisfied with the work done. This process cannot come to a close without communication from [redacted].
