immediately scheduled our field supervisor to visit with the home owner at 9:00 AM the following day to inspect the work performed and make detailed notes of what the issue was. At 10:16 AM on November 4, 2015 the field supervisor informed me that he met with the homeowner and that the homeowner is happy with the outcome of the visit. Our next step is to review the notes our field supervisor made and to repair the gutter work ASAP."

The site won't allow me to enter anything. This is in response to the statement from Garvin Construction in complaint [redacted]. We were never told 4 to 6 weeks because we would have gone to another company since we had a significant leak. They were also told by us that we had a leak and that was why we contacted them. They claim otherwise. I have a form with the projected finish date of 7/26. I can provide this if necessary. They never called us for any reason. We had to call them to get any information. I contact the president of the company and my roof was done the next day.
