I was given the UPC by [redacted] and their instructions were precise online telling me to mail that in. I did the same thing for two different products. One for a $2 rebate and one for $15 rebate. The one for $2 I am now being told is approved and the one $15 I am being told that UPC IS NO GOOD they need the box. I did the exact thing per their online instructions now after 6 weeks I am being told they need the box because they are banking on me not having it after all of this time. I originally received an email telling me it was being processed but after 6 weeks they now send a message saying they need the box. First off they made me send each one in a different envelope and now they want me to cut out a box I am suppose to have after 6 weeks and send it to them at my expense. The paper I sent in from [redacted] was labeled UPC barcode mail in with rebate to show proof of purchase. I did this for both products but they are only accepting one the other one needs the box I am being told. I have seen lots of bad reviews about this company refusing to pay.

As in my previous response we did make a onetime exception and allow for the

combination of Ms. [redacted]s two invalid claims. Since my last correspondence Ms.

[redacted]s check for 70.00 was mailed, check details are listed below. The checks

are sent Standard A bulk rate and can take up to 15 business days to receive.

Hi,

I do see that this was just a case of human error on our Data Entry Teams part and you claim was resubmitted as valid. You should receive those coupons in the mail in about 2-6 weeks. I will also send out a set of the same coupons via First Class Mail today.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We did receive two emails from [redacted] both on 1/30/14, one at 6:00 pm

the other at 6:30 pm. Currently it takes about 72 hours to receive a response

from our email team and we are not open weekends so the email team has not had

the chance to review [redacted]’s request. Normally...

we do require the consumer to provide

a statement confirming the address they would like the check mailed to before

we are able to reissue the check. I will make a onetime exception in this case

since the address provided to Revdex.com is the same address that we mailed the first

two checks to. I will start the request to stop pay and reissue right now, keep

in mind it can take 6-* weeks for a new check to process and mail out.

Hi,

I show that 2 checks have mailed out two times. We will need for the consumer to contact us directly at [redacted] to talk about why checks are being mailed but not received. Checks can not be forwarded by the USPS so we must have the correct mailing address. At this point I would think sending to another address may be the best thing to do since there seems to be a delivery issue.

Hi,We have tried to explain to Ms. [redacted] that we can only pay out the net amount paid for the product after any discounts or coupons. This is clearly indicated on the rebate form by stating this offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. $1.44 was the total...

amount paid for her purchase after the use of her coupons. Ms. [redacted] did indicate this was not fair because she purchased two items using a 2.50 coupon and a 2.00 coupon. She did admit to the Rebate Center Team Lead the 2.00 coupon was specifically for her [redacted]’s purchase. In an effort to compromise he did resubmit a claim for the difference after taking into account the 2.00 coupon and Ms. [redacted] will receive a 2.50 check after the 8 week processing time.We also did point out that in cases where the rebate is a net to zero offers it is best to not use any coupons so that you can receive the maximum amount back and to have items to be rebated on their own sales receipt.Thank you,[redacted]Customer Service Manager
