I am rejecting this response because: The business also failes to comment on the engine issues. when the car was brought to them and the engine light was on, the person who checked it generated no paper work. This was done in the parking lot. No formal review of the engine was done. Later, upon returning with the corroded spark plug. the manager on duty admitted that they power wash the engine and water got in. The engine is still faulty. I have added aprox 24,000 miles to this car since purchase.
 
Re: Transmission I am still waiting for an answer as to why [redacted] would state to Revdex.com that the transmission was fine. After the second inspection, the one after they did the work, is when they issued the estimate for a new transmission- how is this fine?
re: breaks-I did bring it back, at the following oil change. I was told you had done all you could. There was nothing further that could be done
 
A car that is a 2011, under 100,000 and driven  24,000 in a year and a half does not have these types of problems, unless its a lemon. The problems were all discovered within  6 months of owning the car, and reported. [redacted] did nothing, and doesn't even acknowledge the manufacturers warranty. when the problems resurface to the point they can t be ignored, they hide behind "warranty expired".

I have responded to [redacted] that we will cover the $35.00 dollar shop charge on his repair, which we never do. and let him know that unfortunately everyone has to pay tax in the state of connecticut he declined that offer. unfortunately that is the best I can do for him. and I felt it was very fair as the quote was quoted to him at 390.00 plus taxes and it came in at 388.29 before the taxes were added. I am sorry but I feel the credit of the 35.00 is more than fair from us.

[redacted]GARY ROME KIAAL F[redacted]###-###-####[redacted]IN REGARDS TO HIS COMPLAINT TO PRICE GUAGING AS I EXPLAINED TO HIM WE ARE A FLAT RATE SHOP AND CHARGE BY FLAT RATE TIME AND HE WAS CHARGED NO MORE THAN THAT WITH THE DIAGNOSIS FEE THAT HE AUTHORIZED ALSO IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT TAX IS ON PARTS AND LABOR NOT JUST PARTS. I KNOW MASSACHUSSETS IS JUST PARTS. BUT I DID TELL HIM EITHER WAY THAT I WOULD REIMBURSE HIM THE $156.00 TO SATISFY HIM. WHICH IS IN THE MAIL AS OF OCTOBER 13.
