I found this company to be very dishonest and unprofessional. After catching them in lie after lie and their failure to return my text, email and phone calls, I decided to cancel my insurance through Garzor. Two agents from Garzor told me that I was unable to cancel my coverage because they had already bound coverage. I found this to be rather unusually considering I was currently insured by someone else and their policy did not go into effect yet. I contacted the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to find out my rights as a consumer, and they advised me that I could cancel at any time as long as I have current coverage with another carrier. I then emailed them to cancel my coverage and stated in a separate email that if they did not cancel my coverage, I would file a complaint through the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. I then called them and asked them to respond to my email letting me know that there was absolutely no way for me to cancel my coverage. They ended up cancelling my coverage as they know that they cannot hold me hostage as a consumer if I am not satisfied with their service. Beware of this company and know your rights!!
