I ordered a gat crank, received it after 6 weeks. They instantly took my money and I got a shipping label about 5 weeks later. Everything I saw on it looked like a well built product. What they sent was cheap plastic garbage that broke before I could even mount it. tried to email them and message them about it and have not received anything back. Its been about 8 months

Product was not what was advertised... total junk!

Order an item from them a few weeks back, still haven’t received item. I’ve tried several times to contact them with no response. Last email I sent I requested a refund. Still no response.

I ordered what was called a gatcrank from these guys and I've never received the package but they took the transaction amount off my credit card.

I ordered a gat crank Oct 19, 2019 it's Nov 22, 2019 have not received order and have tried to contact them several times using their web form and have gotten no response as of yet. They took my payment immediately but haven't sent any shipping info or returned my request for order info. I just want my money returned period, seems to be a fraudulent company

I ordered a product called the "gat crank" from the listed business. My credit card was processed immediately for $54.95 and I was given order #***. This was on September 5, 2019. The website (***) stated two weeks for shipment. As of 10/3/19, I have not received the product. I made 5 attempts to contact the company: A *** message at Two Z Precision and Gat Crank (both pages lead to the same website), a message on the website (***), an email to "sales@***" a phone call to 406-414-7944 (left VM) and email to "[email protected]).
I was unable to reach anyone and no one returned my messages.
After reading posts on the business' *** page, I discovered this is a common occurrence with this business.

I order 2 of your GatCrank’s off your site and paid July 30 you took my money with the impression that 2 weeks I would receive what I paid for. Not at all I have hunted *** and everywhere to contact you guys who don’t reply to emails or contact anywhere for that matter. I got scammed of $84 and I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income so when I order something and get screwed it really gets to me. I want a refund of my money you guys scammed me out of. I paid for an item that you never even intended on sending and kept my money and avoid my emails and text.

I ordered a “GatCrank” from this company on August 4th, 2019. They took the money from my account but never sent any shipping information. Two weeks later (August 14, 2019) I sent them an email inquiring about shipping and did not receive a response. I waited until August 28th, 2019 and emailed them again asking them to cancel my order and issue a refund and did not receive a response. I filed a dispute with cash app, which is what I used to purchase the product, but have not heard back.

I ordered a product called a gatcrank for my rifle, it was supposed to take 2 weeks for shipment, it took 2 months and when I received my gatcrank it was busted in numerous places makeing it non usuable, I have tryed calling the manufacturer I've emailed *** msg I've tried every avenue I know so now I'm reaching out to you guye.

I ordered a product called a "Gat Crank" from this company. The product was advertised being made out of metal. I deemed from the pictures that it was a higher quality product than what was offered by competitors and I watched a *** video featuring the product and was satisfied. The product I received in the mail was broken on arrival, made out of plastic, and poorly made. The crank was difficult to turn, the threads for the screws were not cut well, the turbine pieces was broken, the bottom piece could not be removed as advertised, and the entire thing fit together very poorly. The product was unusable.

First the advertisement of the product is misleading, and not what has been represented. They have a device for a firearm, which in the assembly description, (which is a picture of a metal device), is not what has been shipped to me. The device I recited was plastic with metal parts, which doesn’t work well with cheap plastics. There wasn’t any disclaimer or warnings that the item may be different than what is shown. There has also been other complaints of device failure because of this plastic material.
The only contact information they have is an email, who’s name is not displayed, only the contact us option on the website. Now, I’ve tried to contact them numerous times and failed to receive a response from them. They have an *** page which has multiple people not happy with the customer service for lack of response from trying to contact them. Some people haven’t received their items, others have received theirs and it malfunctioned due to the cheap plastics. I’m afraid to send the item back for a refund because they don’t respond to emails. Also in the FAQ section of the website.... It commands dealers who look forward to carrying their product to email them, but they don’t respond.
Their *** page is (gatcrank) for others who have been ripped off, or I can upload their testimonies.

Oder *** March 5/2019. Ordered two gat cranks. Only received one. They never answer emails. Sent about 10 emails. No response. Never even sent an order confirmation, though obviously they recieved it since they sent one. The one they sent was defective.I wanted to return the one I received and get refunded for the one I was charged for and didn’t reiccieve. Again, They have no phone number and don’t return emails. This is a terrible company.

Terrible Customer service and absolutely horrible communication. Took 2 months to receive product that was promised in 2 weeks. When I did receive item it was in pieces and had to be modified. Never worked and seemed pointless to try to get a refund after reading reviews. They should be shut down.

I ordered the gat crank for $40 on December 15, 2018, then when I checked out I paid the additional $5 for shipping in total $ 45 instantly they took my money I wait the 2 week time period as they said and I waited an extra day because I never received the tracking info I just assumed they are backed so after that day no response I checked my spam and trash folder nothing so I sent an email asking about it no reply I sent another email and same thing no reply as I been reading review everyone is stating that they have a lack of communication and their products being extremely late or cheaply made guess I should have done some research on them before giving them my money. I come to you guys for any help in assisting me with my issue.

On no less than 4 places does my website state that order times can take approximately 2 weeks. I also provide a small note on my home page when this time might be longer. As was the case at the time the customer ordered. The customer ordered his product the week prior to Christmas, and for the Month of December I had a notice that any orders made after the 12th would be made after the holidays. I am a one man business, and my 2-3 week shipping time is exactly for times like this, where I travelled thousands of miles away to visit family and friends for the holidays.

A quick search through my email, which also links to any voicemails, shows this customer did not contact me with any concerns. Their order was sent on the 8th, and with the holidays, right at the 3 week mark.

Unfortunately, I am a small business, and cannot compete with the likes of multi-national, multi-billion dollar retailers that get tax incentives to hire employees to staff it 24/7 or even through holidays, or special discounts to be able to ship within moments a customer makes an order with guaranteed weekend or holiday delivery for pennies of what it costs me.

I received a gat crank about a week later ($40 value). I contacted the company to inform them they sent the wrong item so I could return the wrong one and receive the correct one. I never heard back. I have sent countless emails through their online webform as well as left voicemails on the provided contact number. its been several months and I have not heard back anything. I either 1. want them to send me the item, or 2. mail me a refund check for $283.00. If they provide me a return address I will be happy to mail back the $40.00 item they sent my by mistake once I receive the correct item or refund.

I ordered a product on February 14 2018 and after a month without hearing from them I tried emailing them multiple times. Then after another month of failing to contact them through email I found their phone number and tried calling them but nobody ever answers. I paid $283 for one of their advertised products and have not received any communication or that product since I paid them. The only communication I have is an order confirmation from Feb 14. My order number is ***.

I ordered a product from this company and had no problems. Communication good and product shipped quickly. Very happy.

I ordered a product from Two Z Precision on February 20th, 2018 and a day later contacted them via email requesting to cancel my order. I received no reply before it shipped out. I have contacted them multiple times since then and still no reply.

Purchased the product. Came in missing pieces. Over two months with no contact. Had to get my AmEx to handle it and get my money refunded.

Ordered a trigger crank 3 weeks ago, the company got payment immediately but has not shipped order. I called and emailed, no response, very frustrating, very poor customer service.

It says no less than 4 *** times on the website it can take 2-4 weeks for delivery. It says it when you make an order when you place the order. When you receive your order receipt. And when you contact me.

This item was shipped prior to this *** complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: As stated in the response from the business owner, he replied that I got a tracking number several days before the item was shipped, this is totally untrue. Also as stated crudely by the business, that it says 4 *** times to expect 2-4 weeks for delivery, I don't remember seeing that, I do remember 2-3 weeks and it was after that much time had passed that I put in this complaint.

I did finally receive this item but was surprised to find it was a piece of crap. I can understand why the business want's you to take them off the Revdex.com website, they have an appropriate F, we all know what the F stands for.
