Placed my order on October 3rd and when I finally received my order on the 25th it was incomplete with parts missing and on top of that it was so cheaply made it couldn't even be assembled. I made multiple attempts to call and email the company about the problem to no avail. I want a refund the product was complete garbage and a waste of money

I placed my order online on 11/29/17, which was an easy process and immediately got a confirmation of my order. There weren't any shipping updates on the confirmation, but I was able to find out that it's about a 2 week process from order to shipment. On week three I tried calling (it's a google voice number) and also emailed for a second time requesting an update. On the 4th week I tried calling again and emailing.....no updates or anything. So I filed a dispute with my credit card. To me this seems like a mickey mouse operation and I wouldn't risk any of your hard earned money into the product if they can't answer an email or pick up the phone.

I ordered a product from this company a month ago. For the past two weeks I have been emailing two z precision and I have called them. Noone will return my emails or phone call. It has been well over two weeks for them to ship my product like it says on there website. The lack communication and customer service is in acceptable. I am going to have to file a fraud claim with me bank to get my money back. I guess I am not the first this has happened to. On their *** many people have complaints. I should have looked at their reviews first. I either want a refund or my product shipped. This is in a veptable for a business.

I ordered a GatCrank, from Two Z Precision on October 3 2017, and received it with pieces missing, and also questionable machining on one of the parts. I emailed Two Z Precision immediately about the issues. Waited. No response. Emailed again. Waited. No response. I then decided to ship back the product ( at my expense) so Two Z Precision could evaluate the questionable machining, and also confirm that all necessary pieces would be present for me to assemble (including the pieces that were missing from the beginning) the product I paid for. I emailed them again to confirm I was returning the incomplete package that I received from them.This email was sent to comply with their return policy. I included a detailed letter with the package describing my concerns, and my wants. My wants were: Please send me a complete GatCrank, so I can use your awesome product. The package was received by Two Z Precision on November 8 2017, and signed for by the company owner, Ryan B. Since then I found Two Z Precision phone number online and have left several voicemails in reference to my order issues. Again, no replies. I am very confused, Ryan actually had my returned product in his hand signed for it,, and did nothing with it. All my correspondences to Two Z Precision have been kind and presented with an understanding nature.

I ordered a product from said company, which arrived defective.
I immediately contacted the company via their established protocols. I’ve attempted this process 4 times in the last 8 weeks, and they’re refusing to address sending me a pile of useless garbage, yet still insist on billing me for the useless parts. It is in essence theft. I’ve offered to return the parts, I’ve asked for a return label, yet they never even acknowledge they are mailing out un-machined parts and calling it a “finished product “. I’ve wasted 8 weeks trying to be civil, they’ve been unprofessional, and have led me to this point. I look forward to hearing from someone, and reaching some resolution.

Would not shop here. I had ordered a product from them on October 9th. Was billed for it immediately, told it can take two weeks for it to be shipped. Two weeks in I receive an email saying they had an influx of orders and it will be an extra week. Its now been almost 6 weeks and they wont return my emails and I have not received anything in the mail. Have sent an email asking for a refund and have not been responded to. Looking at their Facebook page, this seems to be a regual occurance.

I ordered a product on October 6th and have not received any shipping information. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I would like a refund.
