I am rejecting this response because This has been an ongoing issue that was not addressed promptly. I gave you several chances to send to the products which I ordered and was charged for and you failed in doing soNow, I have requested a refund! Several times I have a requested a refundI'm tired of going back and forth with youI requested a refund for the bras that I have not received and any charges for shipping/handling fees for these brasInstead of refunding my money as requested you state you sent the items. You failed to send the items when I orderedI got one item out of and have been fighting with you to make itHow am I to know this package you stated you have sent to me will have items in it? Then I'll be back to where I am now. I requested a refund, why did you not refund my money as requested? I will never place another order with this company again! I will be sure to leave my family and friends know about the horrible service Gear For You gives to customersFirst, when the package I received was short of the items that I ordered, you told me to check with the post officeThat has nothing to do with the post officeYou didn't believe my word that I only got of items and requested a photo of the item and shipping package which I sent! You still didn't send me the other itemsYou have several chances to ship the other items and you didn't notSo I requested a refund more than once, which you did not doThen I contacted the Revdex.com and continue to request a refund and now you still have not refunded my moneyHow hard it is to refund my money? I shouldn't have to ask more than once for a refund! Your customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!! I've never have been treated so poorly as a customer before. Fed Up,

I am rejecting this response because:You have a Facebook video of a bra
that you advertise. You no longer sell this bra. You need to remove the Facebook video. It is advertising! In addition, it should be VERY CLEAR, that your products are made in CHINA and that returns are extremely expensive and that refunds are 60% only.
