I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because the advertised product in the video and where the link led to is not the product that was sent. This is not the only complaint that has come in for this company for this product. Also I did request that I return it for full price refund, but they make you send it to China which cost more than the product. This is bad business and they should be shut down.

I am rejecting this response because: On October 24th I sent the below listed email directly...

to their support section and haven't heard from them since.  This was after a string of emails where I had repeatedly demanded my order to be cancelled.  I do not accept merely emailing them yet again expecting they will now magically make it right.  The only resolution is for them to refund my credit card.Thanks,J[redacted]Gear Just for You, I received ORDER #141787 on October 20, 2017 even after I requested and demanded that this order be cancelled on October 8, 2017 as you can see in the email below. As I suspected, the items that I received ARE NOT what you advertised and I demand a refund of what I was charged, $87.70 USD. There is nothing about these sports bras that is able to be adjusted WHILE IT IS BEING WORN which is what was advertised.  I haven’t even tried them on because they are clearly not what you advertised and they are an extremely cheap knockoff of some other product. You have clearly used a video from Shefit showing THEIR product to sell sports bras and then sending another product. What I received is NOT what I ordered. Provide me with information on how to return the items and refund my credit card for what I was charged. I am rejecting this response because: Business still refused to refund money, and I have filed a dispute with the credit card company in order to resolve this issue from my end. I will not accept less than 100% refund - no exchanges or replacements (why would I want MORE of something I can't use?). They have consistently misrepresented themselves and their products.
