Don’t order from gear launch
Order t- shirt , got my money on 8-15-22, still no shirt, no email, won’t answer phone, can’t get in contact with by web site. Sorry company.

Stay Away
I would be cautious about using any e-commerce seller that utilizes Gear Launch and would recommend e-sellers to find a more knowledgeable platform to run their e-commerce business.

I wanted to order a hoodie from a site supported by Gear Launch. I got to the checkout and noticed I was being charged sales tax for this item. My ship to address is in Massachusetts and in Massachusetts clothing is generally exempt from sales tax (there are a few exceptions, but none applied here). I messaged Gear Launch and included a link from the Massachusetts General Laws supporting my claim.

Gear Launch replied they're an e-commerce company and are required to collect sales tax because of nexus. Which is true to an extent.

I replied that yes, under the Wayfair case the Supreme Court did away with physical nexus requirements and now e-commerce companies do need to collect sales tax, but what did not change is that if an item is not taxable in a brick and mortar store then it's not suddenly taxable on the internet. The items subject to sales tax and the rates applied to them are the same whether I go down to the local store and buy the item or order from a site that made the mistake of choosing GearLaunch as their platform.

They really need to invest in a solid sales tax platform. There are 50 U.S. states, but there are over 11,000 sales tax jurisdictions in the United States. They don't all have the same rules and you can't rely on some garbage software and claim it complies with current regulations when it in fact does not.

The shirts arrive and the logo is 3 inches off center!
I waited 2 months longer than I should have .The shirts arrive and the Logo is 3 inches off center !Who sends product out like that ?I waisted 62 $ on 2 shirts I cant wear ! So upsetting ,save your money and aggravation.

PLACED AN ORDER UNDER YOUR COMPANY BLIZIFY.COM ON MAY 25 2020 SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BETWEEN JUNE 9 2020 AND JUNE 11 2020 AND I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND THIS IS JUNE 25 2020. IVE EMAILED QUESTIONING WHERE MY ORDER IS AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I WANT A REFUND. I LEFT YOU ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER SUBMIT MY RESPONSE.

I order 1 shirt from this company. They immediately took the money from my account and sent an automated email saying it was being printed.I understand there could be a delay due to Covid-19. What I don't understand is them ignoring my email's that I have sent. This does not seem like good business in my opinion and have notified the company from which the card was issued. They clain that estimated delivery is betwee, 6-5-20-6-9-20. I was told that if I do not hear from them in that time frame then to get with them and they would take further actions. I will never buy from this company again.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not paying shipping to ship back a shirt that is a scam!! I attached a picture of the shirt If you blow it up, you can see that there is no white print on the shirt where a heart is supposed to be around the packers and yankees symbol Also, if they attempted to put white on the shirt you would see "This Girl Loves" in white There is NOTHING on the shirt in white besides for "and." This company is a scam, and I will take legal action because nothing is getting solved I do not want another shirt from this company! This is creating such a headache going back and forth Why would I have to pay shipping on a mistake that is their fault? They forgot to put anything in "white" besides the word "and" on the shirt, the rest of the shirt is plain If there was such an issue, and they couldn't use a different color (blackgreybluered etc) they should have contacted me Why would anyone ship out a shirt that is not completed or have the sincerity to reach out to me before they shipped it? I do apologize, but as we stated we have already refunded these charges and you do not need to return the shirts so there is no additional expense to incur We can do nothing further other than to recommend you talk to your bank to try and secure your card against further issues as a third party placed these charges using your information

They were shipped from your 449 E Glendale av Reno NV location. My emails to Sunnyzily have been ignored.
