I am rejecting this response because:  I am requesting ALL transcriptions of the telephone calls made to your office... Upon speaking with Mr. w[redacted] he suggested that I ask for these transcriptions as I am very much entitled to have them.  Mr. W[redacted] did gain verbal authorization from my son.  i think this is just a cop out and a stalling tactic being used to avoid addressing the obvious!! never the less I will have my son forward his authorization to you so that we can stop wasting time, and get to the real facts of this matter.

GED Testing Service searched its database of test-taken but we were unable to find any records for this individual.  It is unfortunate that GED Testing Service cannot help this individual with the [redacted] High School diploma matter.  But if they are interested in earning a high school...

equivalency credential through our program, we would be very happy to help out with that.  They can learn more at ged.com

Review: I purchased on April 8, 2014 their GED Study Bundle from the website so that my son can study and take the GED being that he is disabled and home schooled. Thereafter they sent me a confirmation email and a pass code that links to nowhere on their site. After registering and paying my money I have tried many times to follow their direction but was not able to navigate the site as they directed by email. They asked that you go to the course in which you chosen and we put the "GED Study Bundle" but it never showed on on their course line. Then the site kept kicking me and my son off by saying it didn't recognize our email address nor password so we applied to forgot password. When receiving the password for our emails we tried again and it would not let us in. The moment I paid for the side we should have access to the online software but we did not. When getting a email from store help to see who we are doing with the bundle I wrote back and told them I received nothing and was not able to navigate the system and I want telephone numbers to the office to make my complaint and a official address. I never received any correspondence back from them and relations to the matter. I then went to Texas Educational Agency and promotes the site on their online information for GED and got a telephone number but when I made my complaint they said they could not help me and gave me an email which I already wrote to. I said I want a number and they said we don't have one and then I asked for an address to write to their main office and they said we don't have one,moreover, I requested for a fax number and the man said I don't have one for you. I contacted live chat and they gave me the same run around. I called back the number to the office linked from Texas Educational Agency and requested my money back and they told me I could not get my money back for the GED Study Bundle. I was very upset when I heard that and request to see where on the site was that information he could not direct me.Desired Settlement: My money back in which I requested three times by phone, live chat and by email. 114.00 dollars non refundable with no service at all is a fraudulant company.

Review: I placed an order one June 11, 2014 (Order# [redacted]) and paid for two day shipping. Today is June 30th and I still do not have my order.

Numerous times I have contacted the seller to no avail. I opened a claim with [redacted] as well as they requested and that has also gotten me nowhere.

At this time I dont have the product I purchased and I dont have my money.Desired Settlement: At this time I would like to be refunded for the two day shipping I paid and I would like to receive my order.
