You must have us confused with another company We do not have any customers named [redacted] We do not service New Jersey, we only service the Washington DC metro area We do not provide any sort of online or remote services We also do not charge credit cards on an on-going basis You may be referring to another company with a similar name, for example: [redacted] We are not sure you are a customer of this company suggested, but we do know you are not a customer of our company There is no way for us to provide a refund or help with this issue since we are not the company that helped this customer Good luck seeking resolution with the appropriate company

If you're ever having any computer problems, definitely give Geeks a call They did an excellent job on fixing my computer and made the process easy by coming to my apartment to pick up and drop off my laptop He was very resposnive and gave me timely updates as he was replacing the fan in my laptop I will definitely be going back to geeks if I ever have any computer problems in the future

including Maryland, DC, and Virginia I think there was a technicians name mentioned as well, but am not certain, but that name is not the name of any of our technicians.I wish you luck in resolving these issues

On May 26, 2015, a technician from Geeks On Site came to my home to resolve a problem with my printer at my request He spent minutes trying to figure out what to do and then announced the printer could not be fixed Then he tried to sell me a printer he had in his car I bought a new printer from Amazon which has more features and a lower price than the one he wanted to sell me I then hired a different company to set up my new printer and in the midst of doing that he fixed my old printer by downloading an error code and adjusting one of the ink cartridges There was nothing wrong with it besides that! I cannot help but believe that the first tech did not know what he was doing or simply wanted to sell me a different printer to increase their profit margin Either way that did not serve me well as a consumer I contacted the company several times They refused to do anything and were rude in the process of doing it Other clients should be advised of this incident so they do not fall prey to them as I did

I paid to have them work on my laptop remotely They were remotely connected to my machine for hours at which point something happened and my laptop could not get wireless internet access, They attempted to tell me it was an issue with my provider however I had other devices that were connecting without issue They charged me the full amount for "fixing" my computer remotely but told me I would have to pay additional $ to have a technician come to my home to fix the wireless connectivity issues that THEY created while working on my machine That is completely unethical in my opinion I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone to avoid them as well

Price and customer service is excellent

We are a local business that only serves the Washington DC metro area which does not include Pittsburgh or any part of Pennsylvania In addition, we do not provide tv connection services, we stick to computer repair services We are not the same company that provided you service or took
the payment of $ I would recommend contacting them directly or filing a complaint against that company specifically

Yes, the best one--among the many in the city I've checked out. Geeks are incredibly skilled, friendly, and honest. I've been going to them for a few years now, and I've had many devices looked at: from PCs to Macs, hard drive issues to wi-fi cards. I've had nothing short of an excellent experience each time.

Great tech, good service and cheap price, my laptop was totaly slow and no internet connection, these guys fix everything for me
