You must have us confused with another company.  We do not have any customers named [redacted].  We do not service New Jersey, we only service the Washington DC metro area.  We do not provide any sort of online or remote services.  We also do not charge credit cards on an...

You may be referring to another company with a similar name, for example: [redacted].  We are not sure you are a customer of this company suggested, but we do know you are not a customer of our company.
 
There is no way for us to provide a refund or help with this issue since we are not the company that helped this customer.

I am sorry to hear that [redacted] is having trouble with her printer.  Unfortunately we are not the company that helped her and have no relationship with the company she is referring to.  We do not have any employees or contractors with the name "[redacted]", "[redacted]", "[redacted]", or...

Sounds like [redacted] has the contact info for the company and maybe someone can help her find the appropriate Revdex.com profile for that company.
We are Geeks On-site Computer Repair, but we are obviously not the same company as we do not have any record of her as a customer and do not have any employees or contractors that she has been in communication with.  In addition, we do not serve the [redacted],  MD area it is outside of our coverage area.  We have no relationship with any other computer repair companies, we are locally owned and operated.

I had an issue with my V[redacted] laptop with the screen being black. The computer tech was able to resolve the issue and saved all my files. He was helpful and persistent with fixing it. Now it runs like brand new!

They have expert level technicians. They are very reasonably priced. They had good customer service. I plan on using them again

My computer was very slow, and would just hang up. It was very frustrating. The technician worked on it, and it is now like a new computer. Very fast and works great.

11/22/16 I have remote technical computer support thru my phone company. They tried for two days and a total of 9 hours to repair my computer. One technician said the problem might be the operating system, and that a technician would need to physically access my computer. Part of the plan I have with my phone company includes in-home technical support. They could not locate a technician within 100 miles of my home, but never called to tell me that. They basically left me out in the cold. That is when I found Geeks On Site. They worked on my computer remotely, including reinstalling Windows 10. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very polite and patient. The technicians put my one-year old computer back to good as new. I cannot praise them adequately.
