Metro Plywood purchased products (machinery) from *** (representative of General International Power Products (he pushed products) on or about 5/2019. Metro agreed to offer his products to our customers. After a couple sales of General's products, our customers returned items due to POOR QUALITY and PERFORMANCE of General's machinery. It was agreed that Metro Plywood would return all items to General International for REFUND. All items were returned to General International Power Product @ 6243 Industrial Parkway, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571 on November 1, 2019. The total dollar amount of items returned was $2,010.15. Thereafter, on 1/1/2020 a Credit was issued for $1,822.15. Metro Plywood has advised General International several times that we no longer will be offering their products to our customers and therefore a REFUND will be required. No further contact has been received from General International Power Products or its Subsidiary of DMT Holdings Inc.

A FULL REFUND is acceptable to Metro Plywood & Hardware for all items returned on Nov. 1, 2019 in the total amount of $2,010.15. No less amount is acceptable. This matter should be resolved IMMEDIATELY as it has now been over 6 months with back and forth communications.
I received a scroll saw (Model# ***) for Christmas. Towards the middle of January 2019 a part broke (Part# ***)(Blade adapter clamp). I attempted to call the company in order to purchase a new part and was told that the lines were busy call again or email them. I tried calling at least 50 times and still could not get any assistance. I then sent four separate emails asking for assistance but once again no responses. The issue at hand is that I cannot use the machine without the part and it is not sold anywhere online except for the company. This is completely unacceptable.

Other (requires explanation) I should be contacted by the company so they can explain why a month has gone by with no response. The company should refund the amount of the machine to me because if another part breaks then it will take me making a complaint to Revdex.com to get the parts i need.
Mr. called from the business. He said that he did check and the parts had been delivered at no charge to him. He has a UPS tracking number *** . The parts were delivered to the consumers house on 2/23/19. Unfortunately the customer service person was out sick and they were behind on some things. The business has full filled their agreement for parts under warranty. Any additional request by the consumer should be submitted through the place of original purchase.
