[redacted] made a complaint about his brakes The [redacted] evaluated the problem which required machining the rotors to eliminate any noise coming from the brakes The work was performed and the car was road tested without any noise He was given a courtesy discount for the work He was happy to have the problem resolved

The vehicle is paid off

I went in on March **,to buy a carThe salesman that helped me informed me that I would get 100,certificationThey ran my credit score and I knew it wasn't the greatest but I asked the salesman to do he best for meHe said he willAfter a couple back and forth , we came to the agreement to $a month and that's what the bank fianance couldn't do more then thatI said okay I'll take itHe puts dealership plates on the car and says please come back on Friday because the finance man went home alreadyAnd the salesman wouldn't be in on thrusday it's his day offI said okay no problemI was so excited getting a car and couldn't wait to just finish all the process and let that car be mineGo in on Friday started handling the insurance and the fianance department handle my carWe go through insurance and it was okayBefore I walked into finance one of the managers told me the bank told them it was $I said okay not bad $moreThen I was into fianance we start signing all the paperwork.and we get to the contract it showed all the numbers and without even telling me the number I'm paying monthlyThe monthly rate went up $a monthThen tell me that my car won't be covered for 100,miles so this whole time arguing with meThen the financial advisor tells me I don't know who told you that but I have a final say we a horrible attitudeThen I agreed and to pay and once again got late and told me that I need to come back tomorrow to get platesGet a phone call telling me the bank declined it and I need to return the car and they will return the money I put downAs you can imagine I was heartbrokenFirst they tell me the bank approved it to no they don'tI show up to return the car and then tell me they can't return the money for another weekBut they were so quick to take the moneyI honestly thought it was ridiculousI have to wait for my moneyI will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! So fishy and everyone play with the he said she said and never the truth from the beginningThey tell you what you want to hear to get the saleAll backstabbers

Spoke to [redacted] today explained that the Kia factory warranty is 5/bumper to bumper and not 10/She did purchase an extended warranty to get a 10/bumper to bumperShe understands and is happy with her purchase

the response is incorrect The checks were not mailed in a timely fashion which resulted in extra fees The payoff quotes which were provided expired and did not match the partial payments made I would not be attempting a resolution if the payments were made on time in full I have attempted to call the general manager several times and have not heard back after leaving messages

I Spoke with *** *** today, and I'm not 100% sure what happened with his lease buyout and why he was billed for the mileage The best I can figure out, when the manager was grounding the car for *** *** to purchase it, if he inadvertently hit the incorrect button on the
screen, it would show the vehicle just turned in, and the leasee would get billed for any excess mileage.In the interest of customer satisfaction, I informed *** *** that Generation Kia would be sending a check to Kia Finance in the amount of $tomorrow to pay the amount he was billed in full I have also checked with his credit union, TFCU, and his loan is active at this timeIf I can be of further assistance, please feel free to call me at ###-###-#### Thank you

myself and my husband did meet today at 12 o'clock with Ray G[redacted].  However, the matter is still not resolved.  He is going to speak to the owner and get back to me by Wednesday to resolve the matter at hand.   At this time we are in the process of negotiating a fair resolution.

They ran my credit score and I knew it wasn't the greatest but I asked the salesman to do he best for me. He said he will. After a couple back and forth , we came to the agreement to $265.00 a month and that's what the bank fianance couldn't do more then that. I said okay I'll take it. He puts dealership plates on the car and says please come back on Friday because the finance man went home already. And the salesman wouldn't be in on thrusday it's his day off. I said okay no problem. I was so excited getting a car and couldn't wait to just finish all the process and let that car be mine. Then I was into fianance we start signing all the paperwork.and we get to the contract it showed all the numbers and without even telling me the number I'm paying monthly. I had to remove the tints immediately at my own personal cost.  The cost included a $40 steamer, $10 worth of razor blades/razor blade holder,  $30 worth of cleaners and cleaning supplies, a $35 car wash and several hours of my time purchasing items and doing manual labor.  I called back the business prior to reading this message, at which time the manager, Jamal, was unable to speak to me.  He called me at 4:46, I returned his call approximately one hour later.  I would like to reiterate that part of my complaint was that they never initially got back to me until the Revdex.com contacted them.  Thank you very much for your help as I am sure that I would never have received any correspondence without you.

They have not yet returned my phone call.  They said they would remove the tints and they are too late for that as I had to remove them personally which cost me between $140-$150.  I can obtain receipts/prices for the items purchased to prove how much I had spent to remove the tints.

Spoke to [redacted] today explained that the Kia factory warranty is 5/60 bumper to bumper and not 10/100. She did purchase an extended warranty to get a 10/100 bumper to bumper. She understands and is happy with her purchase.

Hello [redacted],I am sorry to hear about the complaint with one on my stores. I would like to fix the problem you are currently having with Generation Kia if you wouldallow me to. What I am going to do is have one of Sales Managers reach out to you that way you can explain the situation and...

they will try to fix it as quickly as possible. Again, I am sorry about this and this matter will be address amongst all managers to prevent this from happening again.
