Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowthis response is NOT ACCEPTABLE! First of all, I sent in the claim to CSA on 10/15/via email and by facsimileIt appears their claims receiving department is as incompetent as the adjustersThe damage provision policy purchased by the renter is not provided to the homeowners renting the property AND the Property Damage Coverage that is advertised on the website claims coverage for "damages, soiled linens, etc and EXCESSIVE CLEANING but never indicates that claims for damage is solely conditioned on the renter ADMITTING to the damage. No one would ever admit to it and from reading all the forums from homeowners regarding CSA this appears to be a continuing issue of misrepresentation This is an EASY CLAUSE for CSA to get out of paying any claims. CSA is committing fraud as well as baiting the homeowners to offer this useless coverage to renters in believing that any damage claims reported will be covered See attachments wherein CSA advertises their coverage assuring the homeowner that their claims will be covered. The mere fact that the renter admitted to damaging my washing machine is blatant sign that the other damage did result from herI requested and submitted all proof for the reimbursement of the machine repair, the cleaning service fee that I incurred together with the supplies that were purchasedPaying only a portion of the claim (washing machine) is unacceptableThese people completely destroyed my home and no person in their right mind would ever admit to such damage (soiled sanitary napkins, diapers, grease, damaged curtains, stained furniture)CSA is commiting fraud and will be reportedI am requesting the reimbursement of the cleaning service fee and supplies

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
On February 1, the World Health Organization (WHO) emergency committee declared the Zika Virus a Public Health Emergency Of International Concern (PHEIC), which is "an extraordinary event which is determined to constitute a public health risk through the international spread of disease." The National Institute of Health calls the Zika Virus a Pandemic in Progress. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) health authorities declared an increase in Guillain-Barré syndrome(GBS) associated with ZikaThis is a neurological condition where a person’s own immune system damages the nerve cells, leading to muscle weakness, parallelization and death. The muscles of the face that control eye movement or swallowing become weak which affects breathing resulting in the need for a breathing tube to help them breatheThe World Health Organization (WHO) has reported that men traveling in areas with Zika outbreak who get bitten by a mosquito carrying Zika could later transmit the virus through sexual intercourse, which will cause me to contact the Zika Virus and all it's side-effects
According to a CSA's Description of Coverage the following exclusion applies to the Medical and Dental, Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, and Travel Delay coverages: We will not pay for loss or expense caused by or incurred resulting from a Pre-Existing Condition, as defined in the Definitions section, including death that results there fromThis Exclusion does not apply provided you meet the following requirements:Item
states " Being unable to undergo a vaccination or inoculation, due to a medical reason, that is announced and published as required for entry into a country of destination while on your Trip. The vaccination or inoculation must be unannounced and unpublished to the public at the time your coverage is purchased."On February 2, India's Bharat Biotech International made available the World's First Zika Virus Vaccine. Entrance in to India requires a yellow fever vaccination certificate. According to CDC if a person is allergic to eggs or poultry they can not be given the yellow fever vaccinationReceiving the yellow fever vaccination will result in negative events include life-threatening allergic reaction, disease affecting the nervous system, and disease affecting certain internal organsInasmuch as *** *** is allergic to eggs resulting in him unable to receive the Yellow Fever Vaccine due to a medical reason, which prevented him entry to India resulting in him not receive the Zika Virus Vaccaine due to a medical reason. Due to the extenuating circumstances of this situation I am requesting CSA allow payment of this claim in the amount of $This will be considered payment in full and the claim can be considered closedSincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not satisfied with the refusal by CSA Travel Protection to resolve this matter in a fair way I still feel that their advertising was very misleading bu saying ""UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO A COLD? NO PROBLEM! TRIP CANCELLATION COVERAGE KEEPS YOU FROM LOSING YOUR VACATION SAVINGS." I have read other complaints by other customers and see that some of them have had the same problem. If this is not resolved by refunding my money I will pursue other action against this company and I will also post on social media how they do business. We travel often and so do my family members but they will be advised never to do business with CSA.I have been honest with them and bought their product in good faith based on their advertising and I WANT THEM TO RECONSIDER AND REFUND MY MONEY LIKE AN HONEST COMPANY WOULD DO!!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The response from the business states that I did not seek an in person examination That is not true I did try to get an appointment and sent documentation stating the same CSA said that I should have gone to a Patient First type facility to get the paper work completed While it may have met the TECHNICAL requirements, it would not have met the ETHICAL intent of the policy Had I done as they suggested, it would not have been as valid as the measure I did take I contacted my physician who has been treating me for a medical condition and who knows my history related to my condition That IS NOT the case from a doctor at a walk in facility I could have told him/her anything and because I had physically walked into the facility as specified in the policy, I should have been granted coverage
