They did in fact send me the merchandise and a refund of the cost of the unnecessary product. I recommend next time that the business listens to the consumer who says "if you do not resolve this immediately I will complain to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General." Hanging up on me, instead, was a poor move, and in the end the resolution cost them far more than it could have.
