Salutations,I'm really glad to hear about your happiness with your move with us, but sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the parking permitsIn the area in which you requested the permits, it is our responsibility to submit the paperwork and payment into the town officeAt that point, they will put up the signs and execute the previsions of the permitThe only thing that we would need to do in the event of an issue (vehicle being parked in the way) is call to have that issue rectified (vehicle to be ticketed and towed) If there was an issue with singe, it would be the municipalities responsibility to uphold the permit and continue to execute it to its entiretyThe municipality stated that they did place the signs in the designated area, but "someone must have taken it down" if it wasn't thereFrom what was explained to me, there was no issue with parking because of the permits previous placement, although the sign was not there during the move As the third party customer, you do have the ability to contact the municipality in order to discuss the issue as wellIf you have any other questions, please reach out to us

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Hello, I am rejecting this claim, because yes we were made aware of the stipulations of our moving contract beforehand, but several things happened that were not accounted for: We paid for two movers, one of the movers was inexperienced and received on the job training that required a lot more time, that I as the customer SHOULD NOT have to pay forThe movers did not move our couch, they left it on our sidewalk refusing to move it into our house (which we had to pay for someone else to come get it, more money out of pocket)The drive from our old apartment to our new apartment took over one hour in the moving truck(which we were billed for), it took us minutes in our car to drive to our new apartmentThe discrepancy in time was never explained and we had to pay for itIt took two movers hours to move: pieces bed frames, pieces of furniture and a few boxes (1/4th of the truck was filled)Also to this point, we (the customers) carried all of the boxes downstairs and into the truck because it was taking so long, so they didn't even move those.5.Also, the movers took extensive breaks, for smoking and lounging outside talking, something else we SHOULD NOT be billed forThis company is incredibly unprofessional and creates fraudulent charges that have not been reimbursed Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern,We've receveied this notice on 10/2/look like we missed your prior emails about this complaint due to our server problem we hadAs we see on the complaint filed by customer on 9/1/which is stated that we were late for delivery we've tried to delivery the customer's
furniture on 9/1/as you see on the attached truck GPS, but customer refused to accept the shipping it was late after 5pmWe explained our customer the day before that delivery is going to be late because of the September 1st is the busiest day for the moving industry in ***The driver delivered their belongings on the next day 9/2/We resolved the issue with customer on 9/2/and did not bill customer for the attempt delivery on 9/1/where the driver and mover spent several hours at their place.Sincerely,Accounting Department

We were completely unsatisfied with the adjusted bill from Gentle MoversThey caused damage to the property, men dragged out hours necessary to complete the job, we were charged for their long breaks, two men got into a fist fight in our home, and one mover bled on some of our items which we had to throw outThey caused much undue stress and aggravation with this whole process and dealings with the themThey have been unwilling to work with us to adjust the bill in an appropriate fashionThe damage that was done to our previous property was repaired however the following day we were contacted by the new owner and she claimed she could still see the damageWe contacted Gentle Movers to rectify the repairs with the new owner however they never contacted her to fix the issueShe hired her own contractor and we had to reimburse her for supplies for the repairsWe had to order all new hardware for our son's crib because the set of hardware was missing after the men disassembled it The job should have taken much less time for a three bedroom townhouseWe were inappropriately charged and should be compensated appropriately! We have never seen such unprofessionalism in our livesWe are disheartened to see a company try to screw over good honest customersWe hope they will review everything and deduct the bill accordingly.

the balance due on the day of the move. Please see attached copies of signed contract. During the move client had some issues like damages to the wall and the time lost by movers. Company sent out our two carpenters to fix the damages and adjusted their bill please see copy of refund in the amount of $517.50 to satisfy the client. The customer was on the site and signed all paperwork.

This company did not provide the moving service they agreed to provide.  We were held captive in our home and should have called the police.  We had to hire another moving company and take another day off from work losing our wages for that day not to mention the fact that the company owner would not help us and hung up on me several times as we told him the workers were not working and moving our things and then eventually harrassed us and blocked our driveway at 9pm holding us captive in our home and fearful for our safety. The worker was yelling and screaming in our street and refused to move the truck. This was the worst experience and we still cant believe it actually happened.  I am filing a legal complaint after receiving this email from them.  Unacceptable resolution to the hell they put us through.
