returned to us back by USPS office. Now we've got the right address for the customer and mailed them out again. But we've never promised to give this customer another refund of 45 minutes as said in the complaint. Instead we adjusted bill for 0.5hr. as you can see on GPS report. Thank you,Accounting office[redacted]
