Terrible website and even worse customer service Ordered a seat belt for a truck, received a non compatible seat belt for a Scion due to a mislabel on the website Customer service refused to exchange part or refund money as the part ordered "wasn't the correct part for our vehicle" something we figured out after installation and the airbag light kept flashing error DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered items totaling $185.97/ Tax $/ SHIPPING $I opted to order from HondaPartsNow.com AKA Genuine Parts Giant, Incsince they were cheaper than my local Honda dealershipEverything went well in the checkout process, I got a confirmation email then about 4/days went by and I didn't get a shipping email notification so I called their customer service number and the man said it was supposed to be shipping by the of that business dayNever got a email that night, then the next day I get a email stating that there is a additional shipping fee of $ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I made the purchase I waited a week only for you to want to send me a invoice for a extra $I then proceeded to call the customer service line again and they said there was nothing they could do for me that either I would need to pay the additional shipping charge or cancel the orderI demanded that they cancel it immediately and that in the end just going to the Honda Dealership nearby would had been cheaper and less of a hassle than dealing with this businessBUYER BEWARE!

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE STAR REVIEWS THAT YOU SEE ON THE THEIR TESTIMONIALS SECTION ALL COINCIDENTALLY POSTED FROM 8/9/TO 8/12/18, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HONDA PARTS EVER AGAINDONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! LOW PRICES ARE JUST THE BAIT TO CATCH YOU IN ON THEIR INTERNAL MALPRACTICESAbsolutely the worst horrible customer service I have ever dealt with, a representative said they would go ahead and cancel the order at my request and within half an hour I receive an email saying that it cant be cancelledif the parts are not in stock they should be listed as special order parts before a customer adds it to the shopping cart or before the order is placed so the customer can decide whether to place the order in the first place or source the parts somewhere elsethey have an unheard of policy about "once you place the order the order it cannot be cancelled", no idea why this concept exist in the first place, if you want to be an online parts company and want to enforce this policy then do your homework about sourcing the parts promptlyin the automotive business getting the car in and out of the shop in a timely manner is where the business thrives...not waiting around for parts and that too IF you end up getting the right partif things go wrong you should be doing everything you can to make things right with the customer not making them go as far as to leave a review to make a pointin my case I was pushed beyond frustration to leave a review

They claim they sell "original new OEM parts" and yet I got a clearly used flexplate with a horrible weld job on a broken area...Reached out to start the return process days ago, haven't heard back; no phone calls or emailsHow did they even get a used part in the first place?
