On 10/17/I ordered Part No.: XXXXXXXX RETAINER-TUBE TO SPEED SENSOR Part No.: XXXXXXXX LINE-BRAKE which totaled and I paid to have them delivered by 10/25/I was told by UPS that they never received the partsSo I want my parts and the difference between the regular delivery price and what I paid for the parts to be overnighted

Bought a brand new valve cover from HondaPartsNow.com ten months ago getting ready for 100,mile maintenance on my Honda SFinally got there, so I opened the factory sealed valve cover for the first time two days ago and to my dismay found that it is literally cracked AND dentedI didn't notice this when it was wrapped in factory plastics

By far the worst online purchasing experience I've ever hadShame on the Revdex.com for giving them an A ratingNon-existent customer serviceThey sent the wrong part and expect me to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking feeThey approved the RMA, however, tried to pull a fast one by changing the reason for return from "wrong part sent" to "no longer needed"I've been trying to reach the RMA dept for days now, and the phone system keeps hanging up due "high call volume"
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES!

We needed a part by the weekend to sell our truck and ordered in Wednesday night We paid $for the overnight shipping to make sure we got the part The part was coming the same state we live in so we figured this would not a problem Friday came around, no part, so we called and left a message telling them if we didn't get it by Saturday to cancel the order Saturday, no part, Monday no part, we were surprised when the part showed up on Tuesday Called them and asked for a refund Was given the run-around and told a manager would call us back One week later, no manager call, called back the next week, waited mins and finally talked to someone claiming to be a manager They said no refund would be given because sometimes with processing, our overnight shipping can take days I asked about why no one called me back after my messages, he claimed he never got any messages Crooks, refused even to give me cents back on the $shipping on the $part DO NOT USE THEIR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING SCAM!

RMA Process

You cannot speak with someone via phone, everything is done via chatI tried to call their number listed and selected option "4"After being placed on hold for some time, you are greeted with "The extension you are trying to reach is invalid," then the call disconnects So I had to go through chat to discuss this matter
I made the request within the allotted timeThey denied my request, because they state "The return will not be in their possession within days." Should that be their policy it clearly needs to state that

The "A" rating is a fake as when you go to this Revdex.com web site you will see an "F" rating for the same company

Don't be fooled by their Revdex.com on their web site very far from the truth I ordered parts for my
Honda Pilot they arrived weeks later and one was defective and now one week later still no replacement parts every time I call to get an update I have to wait 24hrs for a response I will say this is the last time I will buy from this companyMy car is still down and not operable due to a month of waiting now and still have no time on when my parts will arriveThe worts customer serviceNOt recommended not a Revdex.com company
