Signed contract months prior to them finally getting back with us to do the repairsMade several attempts to contact them with someone always taking a message stating someone will get back with you, which never happened WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Arnold's Home Improvement just installed brand new Polaris windows in my home From the very beginning the Operations Manager [redacted] was amazing She kept me updated every step of the wayHer customer service, knowledge of install and knowing how amazing her crew was she out to install my windows lead me to do a customer satisfaction picture She gave me my warranty for my windows and door immediately after they were installed It was just an overall wonderful experience The project manager [redacted] was also very professional and knowledgeable I would recommend Arnold's to anyone

Recently I had a roof repair done at my South Toledo home by [redacted] 's Home ImprovementMy dad had recommended them to me based on some work he had done a few years ago on his Perrysburg homeI am very pleased with the entire experienceFrom the initial visit for an estimate to the follow up after the work was completed their whole team was easy to work with and very helpful and the work was top notch qualityI would be remiss if I did not mention the Operations Manager, [redacted] [redacted] was very professional and made the entire process easy and seamlessShe kept me updated on required reschedules that were due to weather and was a pleasure to work withI could not recommend Arnold's highly enoughThey certainly have all of my future home improvement business

I would like to thank Arnold's Home Improvement for not forgetting about us little guys when your company has grown I signed a contract for a small roof repair on June 29th I received several phone calls from the Operations Manager, [redacted] for scheduling and walking through the process [redacted] was my installer and he is a great asset to Arnold's He was very professional and his workmanship is amazing He took the time to explain what he did to me and my wife and we are very grateful and happy we did choose Arnold's when we received other estimates We will be calling Arnold's for all of our future home improvements Thank you

On February 17, a salesman came to our home to measure and discuss new countertops and sinks for our bathroom and kitchen He was very nice and professional He promised to have an estimate for us in to days He also indicated he would give a coworker our contact information as we needed outside work done on a rental property, and that they would contact us for an estimate We called the salesman weeks after he had been out to ask for the estimate, he said he would have it for us soon It is now April 1, We had a competitor complete the job on our rental, and we have an estimate for our kitchen and bath from another competitor Arnold's never followed up with us on either job

I hired Arnold's for a porch/balcony rebuild on Brookdale Dr., they built a 1st floor
porch and a 2nd floor balcony which is very detailed and important work since it's a suspended balcony They were very detailed in their work and did it in a timely manner They were very professional and clean The price was also extremely competitive and beat other estimates I will use them again and actually have since
this work was completed I guess there is reason why ARNOLDS have won BEST remodeling coyears in a row

July 17, - I left a voice message for you advising we had not received your
completed surrender forms and gave you a new fax number to send the forms to
July , - received your completed surrender forms and processed a full

July 18, - a check was mailed for $3,representing the surrender

Thanks for the letter, it does not address or resolve anythingIt looks as if Genworth has send me a letter, they usually take weeks to reach me, that is why I requested they respond vis secure e-mail in future

Do to a disability we needed to change a
tub/shower combo to a walk in showerWe hired Arnold's Home Improvement co because they offered exactly what we were looking for and also a quality product
The job of taking out the old and installing the new only took one dayThey were here when they said they would be and the finished job is beautifulThey took theextra steps needed for the job without any extra "surprise costs" for plumbing etc..There also was no clemess for me--they did it all
I would highly recommend them---they do a beautiful job at a reasonable cost

I understand thru the Revdex.com this is the last response I am allowed to have regarding my bad experience with arnolds home improvementtheir last reply as far as I was concerned is another response that is not factual.after an associate *** *** and the secretary came out to our home and asked for a retraction of our comments and we explained that our paper work was unreadable and he supplied us with a better copy of the extra charges and about the vents pricing which we understood after seeing the more ledgebal document.as far as the comment about the gutter guard arnolds did NOT fix themthey had people from their firm get back up on the roof and they still popped up after they supposedly fixed themwe had another roofer fix them and they have stayed in place, I can provide you with the name of the roofer if you like and he can verify this for usas far as our vents being in poor shape they were put on the roof new about 4-years ago, it was the way they were taken off and being twisted out of shape made them horrible as they saidThey said that the new roof and our older roof would not match because of fading from time, but the new roof was very light colored and the old roof color is dark, how can he say our old roof has faded Also, they said we signed a Certificate of Completion, which certifies that the work performed by Arnolds had been completed with satisfaction, well, when their roofer asked us for the money for completion, he said that if he didn't get it signed he would not get paid, and he went on to say that it was a nasty job, and that he was a sub-contractor for Arnolds, and because of the mistakes of measurements from Arnolds that he lost money and so did we, as a customerhe was tired and while he was here one of his workers quit on him and he just wanted to go home because he was tired and of the bad dayI resent the fact that they came back out to our home and questioned us as if we were lying, and he kept saying "what can we do to make this right?" Their representative actually said that if these things happened at his home, he would not pay the companyWe are still disappointed and will NOT EVER recommend themThanks to Revdex.com sharing our experience with Arnold's Home Improvement

I hired Arnold's to do my gutters and to also do gutter guards on my homeI had a great experience with the flow of the project from the beginning to the end The salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable *** was my project manager and from the first day she kept me updated and communicated to me step by step how my project would go and also what to expect She will be one of the reason why I use Arnold's Home Improvement in the future
