My husband and I were having water issues through our family room windows Arnold's came out, gave us an estimate based on what they thought would solve the problem When they removed the siding, the entire back wall had suffered major water rot and mold damage They immediately contacted us to let us know there would be much more work that originally anticipated They were very up front on what would need to be done to repair our home The crew went well above and beyond our expectations Our operations manager even contacted their roofing supplier to try and help get our new roof covered by our insurance company The project manager was amazing, out almost daily to check and see if any more problems were popping up And may I add - our crew leader was the absolute best He kept us informed at every turn - and believe me there were many of them His work was beyond exceptional - definitely a master at his craft
Arnold's will be our only construction company option!

I had a roof replaced plus new siding and gutters, etc. Arnolds crews did an excellent job on all counts. Roof was off and replaced in a day. The crew was efficient and fast. Looks wonderful. Took a little longer for the siding but the crew was meticulous in everything they did. I was very pleased with the over all job.

My husband and I just had new roof and gutters put on our home. The estimates we received were eye popping. We had [redacted] from Arnolds stop to give us an estimate and we were very pleased with the fair pricing. [redacted] was pleasant, showed interest in our concerns. Nice man. As supplies were delivered we met [redacted] our on site supervisor, also very pleasant and friendly. And then we met our roofers [redacted] and [redacted] and 2 other young men who worked very hard in very hot tropical weather and completed our roof without a glitch. Roof looks great guys. Then [redacted] was out to put our gutters on with gutter guards. Very friendly and pleasant man. They look great. Thank you all for your hard work. And when I called the owner to compliment them he was receptive to my compliments and promised all the guys lunch on him. I hope he keeps his promise the workers deserve it.

Recently I had a roof repair done at my South Toledo home by [redacted]'s Home Improvement. My dad had recommended them to me based on some work he had done a few years ago on his Perrysburg home. I am very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial visit for an estimate to the follow up after the work was completed their whole team was easy to work with and very helpful and the work was top notch quality. I would be remiss if I did not mention the Operations Manager, [redacted] was very professional and made the entire process easy and seamless. She kept me updated on required reschedules that were due to weather and was a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend Arnold's highly enough. They certainly have all of my future home improvement business.

Arnold's did what they were contracted to do and the job looks nice, but the cost increased during the job. They finished the job in the amount of time that they told us but they charged us an additional $600.00 for some minor adjustments. This is an 11.5% increase. If they did not work longer, than why would they charge for more labor. The salesman told us we would only be charged if they needed additional materials. I would not recommend Arnold's Home Improvement because they do not stand by what the salesman tell you and they increase the cost of the job.

This is the third time I have used Arnold's for a home repair. They are professional, prompt and reasonably priced! I will use them every time!

I was very please with my experience with Arnold's they came out did a roof, garage, window and gutters. I was impressed with the professionalism of the company, they were on time and did it in the time they said it would be done. The clean up after the work was done was amazing and I am picky!! I will use them again for sure. Thanks Arnold's!!!

I respect their privacy policy, but feel they are using it as a shield for their poor handeling of this situation. The only reason they don't want to respond to the Revdex.com is because they are ashamed (or should be) of canceling my policy after all these years of paying into it. When I visited with them on the phone they had no good excuses for why they did this, and they don't want to have to admit it to the Revdex.com. Please contact them again. This time ask them why they canceled all their accidental policy's, not just my specific policy. They will be unable to hide behind the cloak of privacy with that question.Thanks[redacted]

[redacted] did a fabulous job installing my windows. Despite one bout of bad weather, the job was still finished in a timely fashion. The one installer worked all weekend to complete the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone.

Arnold's Home Improvement just installed 13 brand new Polaris windows in my home. From the very beginning the Operations Manager [redacted] was amazing. She kept me updated every step of the way. Her customer service, knowledge of install and knowing how amazing her crew was she out to install my windows lead me to do a customer satisfaction picture. She gave me my warranty for my windows and door immediately after they were installed. It was just an overall wonderful experience. The project manager [redacted] was also very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Arnold's to anyone.

My husband and I signed a contract back in the beginning of October 2014 and we still currently are having work being done. My husband and I know with the weather conditions it is hard to install skylights and now we are having our interior work done. Even though there have been some bumps due to unforeseen circumstances the customer service provided by the sales man [redacted], operations manager [redacted] and project manager [redacted] has been outstanding. The constant contact and follow up and the professional attitude from the operations manager has kept us very happy customers.

Signed contract 6 months prior to them finally getting back with us to do the repairs. Made several attempts to contact them with someone always taking a message stating someone will get back with you, which never happened. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank Arnold's Home Improvement for not forgetting about us little guys when your company has grown. I signed a contract for a small roof repair on June 29th. I received several phone calls from the Operations Manager, [redacted] for scheduling and walking through the process. [redacted] was my installer and he is a great asset to Arnold's. He was very professional and his workmanship is amazing. He took the time to explain what he did to me and my wife and we are very grateful and happy we did choose Arnold's when we received 3 other estimates. We will be calling Arnold's for all of our future home improvements. Thank you.

I contracted Arnold's Home Improvement to do my full roof on June 11, 2015. To my surprise I received a phone call just a short 3 days after from the operations manager, [redacted] stating they could start my roof on June 19. I was so happy especially with all the rain and issues I had with my roof I did not want any further damage. The installer worked very hard to finish my roof in a timely manner and the professionalism and courtesy from the daily calls and updating me on the progress of my job I received from the operations manager was outstanding. I also agreed to do a customer satisfaction picture. I would recommend anyone to Arnold's for their roofing needs!
