I have the conversations recorded and documented and in the conversations James told me that because the bank had already paid him and he sent them the titles "I now owned the trucks" so he would not let me return the trucks this is whty I filed complaints the same dayMy drivers were out of state
and did not have the chance to see the trucks as they were in ArizonaBoth drivers can also backup the truth and the truth will come out as we have the truth recorded and will be using this as evidenceWe did ask for a refund as he would not take trucks back in order to get an over the road truckIf this is not resolved we will be taken this further

Dear Revdex.com,I  will prepare a more detailed letter that clearly explains what is missing from this response. My logic is that a company that installs a level that is not level(even) and does not compensate for  breaking the gas line and hiding it is in error.

I am rejecting this response because:The owner of this business is clearly cruel. We have not been able to use these trucks, they are parked in our yard as evidenced  by odometer. Our payment of $1800 is due to the loan company on the 1st and I do not know what I am going to do as we spent so much bringing trucks back and cannot use to make a profit. As I told this owner before, the loan company is willing to cancel the loan and return the title, they have made no attempt to help in this. I am a mother of 4 children this transaction has caused me a hardship to where it will shut down my business. All evidence such as recordings will be used legal damages if the company does not work fast to make this right. The problem is the boxes are too small. We have located some replacement boxes but it would be too expensive to hire someone to replace the boxes.

We extend a credit of $500 for the delay in the gate install.

The original service call was placed on April 28th. The lead time for repairs was 2-3 weeks. We have also been informed that several areas of the fence have Brown Spray paint on them from the customer. In addition the complainant in this case did not contract with us, and per our records has not...

been a previous customer of ours.

We met with the customers to go over his service issues and finalize any outstanding items that need to be addressed.

We have not received any cash. Our installers was not given cash. I am surprised that a person paying cash would not request documentation of the transaction when handing drone a large sum of money. The balance is due and owing.

2016, I was advised by your office that they had forwarded a copy of a complaint that I filed in regards to the installation of a fence by Long Fence Company Inc. The email stated that a copy of the complaint had been forwarded to Long Fence for review and comment. Approximately thirty minutes later I was contacted by a Mr. Jeff F[redacted] from Long Fence who stated he was not aware of the situation and wanted to correct the matter to my satisfaction. [redacted] effectively communicated that there would be an additional phone call to go over concerns not included in the email. The phone call in which we felt we were brushed off in our concerns and being strong armed into accepting a poor product and installation. The very same event that triggered us starting this Revdex.com complaint. It seems we are going around in circles. We would like this to be treated in a serious manner and stop brushing off the issues of a violated contract and improper installation. We feel Long Fence is playing a game. We do not appreciate this. Before we know it, it will be spring. We already were unable to finish landscaping and plant for spring. With this pace we're looking at loosing an entire year worth of gardening and outdoor landscaping. This pushes back even more projects.Either replace the fence and compensate us for our lost time and the aggravation, or refund us our money in it's entirety so we can move on and have a referential company install a proper fence.

Fence slats never reached the cover piece as demonstrated below.12 posts are not level  the gate is warped and will not closeIt has brown paint on it to show them each wrapped board and cracked post. How dare you close this!When it's resolved properly than and only than will I close it out. The VP of long sent an email applogising for the poor quaility  They even said in their response to you it takes 2 to 3 weeks to look at it.

We have told Ms. [redacted] that if she can submit any proof that we were fraudulent in this case we will offer her a refund on the trucks minus any added milage or damage occuring when the trucks were removed from out property. As shown before we have submitted all legal documents showing we followed everything legally and ethically and if there was any misrepresentation Ms. [redacted] will need to get with her financial institution that did the loan and have the loan reversed and the trucks and titles in our name and on our location.

We were onsite to do some service repairs. We will be back this Saturday to complete for the customer.
