We have the gate scheduled to be installed Friday January 8th with the customer.

We dispute this complaint. We worked with the customer to secure financing for the project. In addition once we were to start we had several obstacles in the way of the fence. Piles of yard debris, trampolines etc. That we moved at our expense to help facilitate the install.

The delay in regarding my complaint is the fact that when I brought this issue up with Long Fence they said they were putting me on the schedule.  Long Fence made empty promises of putting me on the schedule to make repairs.  Then they would try putting some caulk to fix the leaking....

  This of course did not work.  I continued to complain and Long Fence continued to tell me that they would fix the problem.  Then Long Fence from one office explained that the other office had cut the product to short and as it expands and contracts it leaves space which contributes to the leaking.   Now the company that made the product went out of business and Long Fence tried to buy all that was left.   Unfortunately they were unable to find enough of the product to correct the leak.  To resolve the issue Long Fence had to remove the decking and place a linoleum floor and a guttering system to stop the leaking.   I have complained about the rotten doors as well.  One of the Long Fence workers, Walt told me that I should worry bout getting the deck fixed first and then worry about the doors secondly.  Now the owner is stating that he never heard anything about the doors.   I have complained from the start.   Mr R[redacted], one of the owners has no intentions of fixing my doors and he is trying to wait this out as long as possible in hopes that I will not pursue this issue.   I have already expressed my thought with Mr R[redacted] and he wants me to wait until he can fit me on his schedule which will be another 3 years. Thank you[redacted]

I have reached out to [redacted], and have had no response to a request to discuss the project. she emailed me to ask what was the best number to reach me and has never called. I left her a message as well. We spoke the day the gas line was hit. Unfortunately these types of things are common when digging. We apologized for the inconvenience. The balance is due, and if I do not hear from her by this week we will have no choice but to litigate the matter.

We feel the discount was fair for the delay in installation that was out of our control.

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to work with the business and it was unsuccessful. I would prefer Revdex.com to assist with this process based on the existing relationship between Revdex.com and Long Fence. LF's website specifically identifies itself as a Revdex.com business. Thanks.

We are waiting on notification that the rocks have been removed. We can then schedule a service for repairs. Tell us why here...

We are at liberty of the manufacturer as it relates to product time frames. We extended a $200.00 discount initially for the delays. The fence is installed per the contract. Our contract is clear, we are not responsible for property lines, as we are not surveyors. In an effort to resolve the matter...

we will offer an additional $250 to the account.

We are working on a resolution.

I spoke to the customer last week. I told her my superintendent was on vacation and we would schedule a visit to look at the doors in the next two weeks. In addition the quote provided to us from Home depot shows the work being done at her Office Address, not Her home Address. She said this was an error and would be corrected.

We have contacted the customer and have a meeting scheduled for December 7th to address any concerns. Tell us why here...

I have made several attempts to speak to [redacted] over the last few days. I spoke with her when the gas line was hit, and apologized for the inconvenience. We installed a walkgate at no additional charge and did not charge her for the removal of her existing fence.

We have discussed a resolution with the customer for the additional work.

I am rejecting this response because:Vendor claimed parts were on order and would be installed in 10 to 14 days. They lied. They do not respond. Correct deficiencies provided in our several on-site meetings and in multiple texts to salesman. Install gates properly in accordance with drawings and standards of craftsmanship wherein things that should obviously align are aligned. Install pergola with gates in accordance with drawings and standards of craftsmanship wherein things that should obviously aligned are aligned. Relocate wrongly placed arbor for $100.Complete the contracted work to match agreed upon scope per contract within 2 weeks. Respond to customer. Do not ignore customer. Provideo requested MD license to practice business to customer as requested. Stop putting off responsibility for errors. Fix them. Competently do this job right once and for all. If you need money ask your insurance company that covers you for your own negligence. Your errors and delays have caused a backlog of work we cannot complete and our project schedule
