Hello,I filed a complaint yesterday 3/2/in regards to customer service issues at Performance HondaI contacted the business this morning 3/3/and left a voicemails for the sales and finance managers regarding the only issue I expected to be remedied which was the dealership completing their
part of the financing of my vehicleI was contacted back by different managers throughout the day today assuring me that they were going to get this paperwork resolved first thing in the morning on Monday 3/5/I am satisfied with this resolution as long as the dealership follows through with their plan on Monday 3/5/18. We are in communications with the *** and will continue to work toward finding a Van to replace the one that got sold!

I have spoke to Jacob about the equipment, year, make and model...We are trying to locate a vehicle that fits the one that got sold!I will contact them when we have come up with a satisfactory replacement. I would again like to extend my most sincere apologies to them... Bob B*** GM

I am still looking for the purchase order. We paid $11,by cash, via cashier check on 9/23/2016. We were not offered a warranty. We were told since we paid cash we didn't get the option of a warranty
