*** *** The quote was for a specific model of accord not for a specific car.There are different price ranges for the different model of Accord...from the LX model up to the Touring.We didn't changed the price you changed model of Accord you picked out.We will and would have then honored

I have reviewed the response made by the business...

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Bob was very friendly and quick to resolve this issue. His response is in line with my previous experience and expectations for Honda service. I thank him for resolving this issue. I was contacted by the service manager and still feel like he just did what he was told to do and will not be returning for service for the afformentioned reasons. I hope that the internal issues raised are taken care of and handled appropriately so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Customer has been issued a full refund for the price of the warranty.It was sent to the bank to be applied to the loan!I will apply the interest that was paid to free service.Just contact me Bob B. at ###-###-####

I have contacted the company I had a complaint about and left a message. I currently have not received a phone call...

back to see if my issue can be resolved to my satisfaction.  I would like to keep ID [redacted] open until I hear back from the company but don't exactly know how to do that. The complaint says it is waiting for my response on if I am satisfied or not and I can't really answer that question until I hear back from them. Please advise on what I need to do Thanks[redacted]
