I purchased furniture from this store a couple of weeks ago, and was told a bed for my daughter would be available in 2 weeks. After not hearing back from them with confirmation of the exact time frame, I called and was told the item would not be available until end of November. I had to go back to the store and pick something different. The customer service was terrible and no one seemed to want to be accountable or help. Even the manager, *** seemed to "pass the hot potato" to one of his sales reps. At the store they could not get the difference in price between what was ordered initially and the new item correct. Initially I was told I had to pay a difference of $150+ then I was told I had to pay $38 something, so I paid them. I was informed that I would get a call about delivery the next day. That did not happen until I call 5 days later. I was told that I owed $27.01 (not sure how), but I was tired of the issues so I asked the lady if I could pay over the phone with my card. THAT'S THE ISSUE! My card on file? Why does this store have my card on file WITHOUT MY PERMISSION? I asked to speak to a manager to have the card removed and spoke with *** (who said she was the manager), and she confirmed that my card could not be removed. I told her I had a problem that fact that my card info was saved without my permission and I was never told when I paid for the furniture that my card info would be stored. Had they told me, I would have paid with a check or cash. This is completely unacceptable, and I want my card information removed immediately.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I need my card information removed from their system as I never gave them permission to save it - I need this in writing. After all the inconvenience the least they could have done was waive the $27.01 charge but I am not worried about that. I just need my card information deleted one way or another because it was saved WITHOUT my permission.

Unfortunately, we cannot honor the customer's request to remove their card information being that our system will store the card the customer paid with and never erase it pending the customer needs a refund. We do assure that this information is secure and requires proper security clearance to access it.

I purchased a sofa & loveseat from Underpriced Furniture on 7/20/2018 to be delivered on 7/23/2018.Upon delivery, I noticed the accent pillows for the sofa was missing. While at my home, the delivery guy called the warehouse to tell them about the missing accent pillows, they stated that they would check into it and have someone call me by by the week's end.I never received a call.On 7/29, I ended up calling customer service about the issue. I spoke with ***,who stated that she would order the accent pillows and they would be there in less than 2 weeks.She also stated that a technician would call me to set up a delivery date when they arrive.After 2 weeks, I never received a call.
Since then I've called Underpriced Furniture several times only to be told the pillows were ordered from *** but there is no ETA.To date, I have only received one call back from a CSM by the name of* telling me the computer was down and they still can't give me an estimated time of arrival for the pillows.For me to have to wait for over a month and counting to receive my accent pillows for my sofa, is beyond Ridiculous!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UNDERPRICED FURNITURE AGAIN

This customers pillows were ordered three days after being reported missing. These come preinserted when we purchase product. We are not the manufacturer but have sent several emails to try and expedite the service. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get parts. Not sure how she heard two weeks. We will get the customer taken care of

I accept the part in the response about 'taking care of the customer.' Despite the fact that I was never told about the 4 to 6 week time frame, which is what I repeatedly asked for an ETA. *** told me on my first call to them that it would take less than 2 weeks. After 2 weeks passed and no call from Underprced Furniture, I called again, only to be told that when the truck from *** fills up then it ships. Since they now are giving an ETA of 4 to 6 weeks, I will be expecting a call from them soon!!

Sofa that was purchased did not hold up at all
I purchased a living room suite in January of 2016. In 2017, I reached out to the warranty company and provided photos of the couch and how it was broke and should have been covered. I was advised that it wasn't covered. My fiance turned the couch over only to find the quality was junk and when it was manufactured, it wasn't even put together properly which made it collapse. For what we paid for the furniture, we should have something that is enjoyable instead of dreadful to see sitting in our home. If you lay on it, you have wood poking you in the back. If I had been made aware that the warranty served no purpose and I would be stuck with junk, I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Desired Outcome

I would like for Underpriced Furniture to either replace it with a different set or buy back the other pieces and couch that was improperly assembled to begin with

we have located this customers purchase in 1-3-16. I can not find any pictures that this customer states she sent. I also do not have any service request. We will be glad to look at this situation and check to see what the vendor's warranty is. I will be glad to contact customer they need to send pictures to ***@underpricedfurniture.com

Disagree, pictures were sent to Warranty provider as that is who Underpriced Furniture directed me to send them to. Again, as to service request, I was directed by Underpriced Furniture to submit to Warranty Company as they could not do anything about it.

WE HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER AND TRYING TO WORK WITH THE VENDOR TO GET THEM CREDIT. THE PIECE IS OUT OF WARRANTY BY VENDOR STANDARDS, BUT UNDERPRICED FURNITURE WILL TRY TO BE THE MIDDLE PERSON. CUSTOMER IS AWARE THAT IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS TO SEE IF WE CAN GET CREDIT

That is a yes as long as this problem is addressed properly as it should have been done when I made initial contact instead of being directed elsewhere. I feel like the manufacturer should stand behind their product that was manufactured improperly.

THIS CUSTOMER BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR ONE TIME OCCURENCE FOR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. THIS DOES INCLUDE STAIN. IT MUST BE REPORTED TO THIRD PARTY COMPANY AND HE WAS GIVEN INFORMATION AND REGISTERED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
THIS CUSTOMER HAS A MANUFACTURE WARRANTY FOR A YEAR FOR ANY MANUFACTURE ISSUES AS LONG AS ITS NOT ABUSE.
PER OUR RECORDS HE DOESNT WANT TO CALL THE COMPANY AND THEN DID AND REPORTED SEVERAL STAINS AND THAT IS WHY THEY WILL NOT COVER HIS CLEANING. IT MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND A ONE TIME ACCIDENTAL OCCURENCE NOT A BUILD UP OF MULITPLE STAINS

I ordered the furniture from Underpriced Furniture on January 14th, 2018. And canceled this business on the same day without receiving items. The salesman said I can get my refund that is $ 1159.87 in 7 business days, however, after that, I called them many times and still can't get my refund until March 24th, 2018.

I placed a special order online layaway back in December. I live 4 hours away. I paid my balance in full., I receive a call stating that my furniture was ready for pickup , but reassured me it would be there.I called them on Friday, March 23, 2018 and stated I would be there on Saturday, March 24, 2018 to pick up. I had to rent a room, I paid someone to rent their truck to be able to bring my furniture back home with me, gas money, and food. I went out and bought new pictures, and art work to match my living room suite, that I had been waiting on and preparing for months.So, when I get there Katie tells me, a manager sold my sofa but they still have my loveseat. I never known a furniture store can sell someone prepaid furniture.My husband and I asked to speak with a manager but no manager would ever come speak with us.All they could say was I'm sorry. and you can chose another color we have in stock,but that's why mine was special ordered because of the color,then told me she could order another sofa but I would have to come back on the 28th for pickup., on my expenses of course, I thought Underpriced Furniture thought more of their customers.

purchased a king size mattress in 12/2016, mattress is sagging, due to stains, store has refused to repair/replace when its obviously defective
Beautyrest Recharge Audrina Firm King Mattress king size purchased 12/2016, $859, financed.

Issue discovered Nov 2017, service tech came out, we were told to clean stain on mattress. Contacted store again 1/2018, tech sent out again, sag in mattress is over 2 inches and you can feel coils on one side.

Store left voice message saying that claim is dismissed due to stains on the mattress, acknowledged defects but said because the mattress has stains (normal wear and tear because no mattress cover),they cannot acknowledge our issue.

We have done business with this company, and no complaints regarding service until now. Its like no solution for us as the customer when we are still making payments on this product.

Desired Outcome

I would either like the mattress replaced or a partial refund. Its an obvious defect; we had this brand mattress that lasted 12 yrs hence the reason why we chose it again when shopping for a mattress. There is nothing we can do with this mattress and its not fair that we have to continue paying for something we can't use.

Company contacted me, bypassed *** store policy and issued a store credit allowing me to select another mattress but I had to still pay for delivery. Regardless, all's well that ends well! New mattress has been delivered and its awesome.

After spending over 14,000 thousand dollars at underpriced furniture, my living room set had to be retuned 3 times. I had to just tell them to refund me my money, one of the two bed room sets had to have the head board, mirror, and bunky board of 1,640 dollar mattress replaced, however the worst think that they did was send me a mattress with BLOOD on it. They replaced that with a torn mattress, of course all was sent back. The person who sold me the mattresses tried to work with me and told me to come back to the store and pick a new mattress which I did. While there I asked to speak with a manager who came and said he was aware of what happen said the worker cut his hand on the bunny board that I had to show them that it was defeated. I told him if he wanted to believe that fine,(Why, because the blood on the mattress was old blood and when I showed the deliveryman he was shocked.) " He said" I said we are sorry and we gave you your money back I told him I gave you your furniture back he said I have to move away from you. I say if a manager behave like this WOW.The staff may have been courtesy, but management stinks make sure that you look at your furniture carefully. After reviewing this consumers complaint I looked into her records. A accident where the delivery driver caused a small blood stain on her mattress. The company compensated her for her inconvenience with $200.00 accessory credit as well as free deliveries. Unfortunately once she had that issue everything became an issue and we were not able to give her the massive discount she requested. She was given a discount from the start for courtesy of her large purchase. Though she returned all her merchandise we wish her the best on her search and told her to keep the accessories. At Underpriced Furniture we never claim to always be perfect but we will do what it takes to get the customer satisfied within reason, unfortunately the request she made was not achievable .

I purchased a sofa last year and I also purchased a warranty for 5 years on this sofa. I called 6 months ago because the cushions were going flat they were replaced. I contacted underprice and ultra shield (sandy) about the sofa falling apart.Maybe the wood in the inside was dry rotted I cant see behind the cushion all I know is when we sat there we fell right to the floor and trying to get up some big staples cut our arm. I emailed sandy my purchase receipt and photos of the sofa I have not heard anything from her. I'm hoping this wasn't a scam and I may result to call fox five news team (Dana Fowler).no answer from the warranty place underprice customer service is saying not sure what to tell you I need an answer here.

Ms Adkins was serviced by our service department on 5-20-2017. Parts were ordered to replace her sinking cushions which fall under the manufacture warranty.Her purchase was made on 6-21-2016, manufacture warranty is for one year. In response to her extended warranty, that is through a third party warranty company. They are covering accidental damage only not wear and tear issues. Her complaint if any should be through that company. I have no record of her calling us since the may-20-2017 incident

Underpriced offered the third party warranty company and I purchased the protection. I think its a scam due to they never answer the phone and I emailed a lady by the name of sandy she never replies. This has been since July 2017 no response. I will file a compliant on the warranty company as well.

Mattress causing reaction and illness
I purchased a King Memory Foam mattress with adjustable bed in October 2017. Since sleeping on the mattress I have noticed a smell coming from the mattress. My husband and I have started to have sinus reactions, skin reactions such as itchiness and welts, and I have pain in my breast. We just purchased our home in October (and had not purchased any other furniture besides the mattress). We did not have these issues prior to purchasing the mattress.

I would like the mattress removed from home immediately and to receive a refund.

On Janusry 4th 2018, I reached out to Ms *** to see what was going on with her complaint. She stated she was allergic to Polyurethane in the mattress. I spoke to all mattress vendors and they told us that all mattress have some amount of polyurethane in them, except special order organic or one hundred percent latex mattress. I offered for a restock fee to pick up mattress and give her a refund. She has had mattress since 10-12-2017. I am awaiting her call to schedule pick up

Paige stated to me that the sofa was likely off gassing because it was defective. I asked her if she had something that was less toxic (containing polyurethane and polyester) and she told me that they did not have anything like this. I plan to return this bed to them this upcoming week as it is totally toxic and defective.

They are charging me 25% as a restocking fee even though the bed is defective.

WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THIS CONSUMER TO PICK UP BED OVER A WEEK AGO AND ARE STILL WAITING FOR HER TO GIVE US A DAY TO PICK-UP.

Due to unprofessionalism I have not received the slip cover I ordered 2 months ago.
I have paid my bill in full but the company refuses to send me the slip cover I order 2 months ago which is covered by the warranty I paid for. After I spoke to the customer representative on at least 8 different occasions a delivery date has still not be scheduled. Instead they told me I owe a $99 delivery fee for a new love seat which I never requested.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a store credit and my slip cover and they should receive a fine if I do not receive delivery.

this customer bought her bed in 2016.cust was out of warranty by manufacture. as a courtesy we tried to order parts for her. She was told 4 to 6 weeks for parts but grew impatient with time. we have since exchanged her bed at our cost

They sent us the wrong furniture and then when they correct it and say they are going to send us the new furniture they make us waste an entire day waiting on them.

DUE TO THE RECORDS I HAVE THIS CUSTOMER. THEY RECEIVED A DISCOUNT ON PRODUCT THEY HAVE TO COMPENSATE. THEY WERE GIVEN A THREE HOUR WINDOW AND A 30 MINUTE CALL AHEAD FOR DELIVERY, THERE FOR THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO STAYED ALL DAY. THEY NEVER PAID FOR THE RECLINER SO WE WOULD GIVE THEM A FREE RECLINER. If I could give them NO STARS, I WOULD!!!!! I just had the worst experience EVER. The salesman (who will remain nameless) guaranteed me same day delivery after I told him I had family coming, and really needed the furniture today. That there were plenty of cheaper options that could deliver the next day, and I was only using them because they offered same day delivery. After he promised that delivery would definitely be the same night, he said it would be easier for him if I ordered online, so he would not have to enter the information twice. I said fine... The website didn't work when I tried 3 times to get place an order, so I called back and explained that it didn't work. He said that their site was perfectly fine, and that the problem was probably with my method of payment or inability to enter my own address correctly. But then took the payment "manually," and it worked perfectly fine... Then he reprimanded me when I became annoyed with his service... Telling me he's trying to "help me out." No, Sir... You're doing YOUR JOB.. and horribly, at that. He said (with an attitude) that he would call back with delivery time frame-a three hour window, some time after 3pm). We dismantled my son's toddler bed in preparation for the delivery.... He didn't call back with a delivery window- as promised, and was suddenly unavailable when they told him I was calling back. had some other employee tell me he was "no longer available." I was put on hold by two different people, who were checking my delivery time, just to tell me it's scheduled for the following day. I asked for a supervisor... I held yet again for 15 MORE minutes while they tried to find a manager, who told me that there is no one available to deliver my furniture, so they should not have said that... Here's the kicker... He said... At least I had not thrown away my son's mattress yet, so I should put it on the floor and let him sleep on that... (***?!!?) He would "discipline" his staff for my horrible experience. and that he would give me a "deal" on some mattresses. I said if you're not GIVING ME the mattresses for this bed, I don't see how you can possibly make up for this experience. He said he "CAN'T DO THAT (The Manager, people,) and said all he could do for me is to refund my money. and that he couldn't guarantee when my money would go back into my bank account. That's between me and my bank. His attempts to make it right were feeble, and his approach to handling the *** customer service I got was annoying, if anything. I will LITERALLY NEVER do business here again. I don't want anything, I don't want an explanation. I just want EVERYONE TO KNOW how pathetic this customer service team is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!
