Get Cash For iPhone Reviews (32)

Review: I was quoted $225.00 for a cell phone that I no longer needed. The company sent me the box, I mailed in my phone on good faith that I would be paid $225.00. I waited 2 weeks for a check and never received on. Then I received an email saying that they had just received my phone and was looking at it for problems, which there was none because I had it looked at by ATT before I sent it. The next few days I received a second email stating that my phone was only worth $32.00. I immediately called the company, and after a 10 min wait was told I had to speak to someone in the management department. I was put on hold again and after 10 minutes, that I was told by automated system was my wait time, the phone was disconnected. I was given an automated message to call back at 1:00 PST. When I called back, I was told sorry after 10 min of waiting, the phone system disconnects. I was put on hold again, and again I was disconnected. When I called right back, the message told me that the office was closed. So now I have NO money and NO phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my phone back, in the same condition that it was sent.

Review: I sent this company my iPhone 5 which was in excellent condition. The currentl value is about 150 to 200 dollars. They said the phone had operating issues and a dis colored screen. Impossible the phone was perfect I have pictures. They offed to pay me 16 dollars. I did not accept the offer I emailed them and called for one week straight . I spent over 6 hrs on hold. They do not pick up the call. They purchasing depart says to call back. You never get through. It's a game they play. All I wanted was to get my device back. Now they tell me the time has expired and the device has been recycled. I have emails and phone records. I am looking for what the quoted me or my device back.Desired Settlement: I am looking for my phone back which was in excellent condition, or fair money like the quote they gave me of over 200 dollars.

This company is a scam! We followed instructions and was quoted $90 each for both of our iphones 4S. The phones were in great shape and had always had a case on them. Once they received the phones, they lead us to believe we would get $180 but at the last minute they tell u s that we were only getting $14 for one and $5 for the other...they claimed that we had only 3 days to either accept the offer or declined, but we never did see the offer or when we did, they claimed the 3 days was up...they send a ton of useless emails and do a juggling act to confuse you on your order.

What a rip off. I was quoted a good price for my iPhone 4S of $80 but when it was all done that dropped to $6. You are unable to contact them via email (we don't respond please call) and then when you call you get nowhere.

Review: Cash for iPhones offered me $187 for my phone with the promise that once they received my phone and processed it, if their final offer was unacceptable, I could call them and have my phone returned at no charge. They indicated that this call had to be within three days. They make it absolutely impossible to contact them within three days. When I finally did contact them they were offering $31 for my phone. I told them they could send it back to me. However, because it was beyond the third day they claimed that they could not send my phone back. They then began a process of bargaining with me to raise the amount they would pay me. People should absolutely be warned about the tactics this company employs. They are dishonest and underhanded in their tactics.Desired Settlement: I want my device back.

I would like to file a complaint about Cash For iphones. They are a fraudulent company and should not be able to do business. They quoted me hundreds of dollars for my iphone 5s and then once they received it said it was only worth $22. The phone is in perfect condition with all packaging and charges still in original wrapping. What can be done about this company?

Review: False advertisement for iphones I went on google and searched cash 4 iphones to sell my iphone 5 (16G). I entered all my information online and it said my quote is $217. Today I received an email saying they mailed a check for $34. I want the remaining $183.Desired Settlement: I want what is owed to me; which is the remaing $183. Nothing more nothing else.

This company is a total scam. Understand that if you send them you're phone, you will never see it again if you disagree with their "estimate".

I sent it an iPhone 5 64GB in excellent condition on the basis of their estimated $207 payout. A week later I received their "offer" of $16. When I called to have them send it back, they said it was already "processed" and the deal was done.

This company needs to be shut down. Otherwise, the State of Nevada is just as guilty.

Do not use this company. All of the reviews on this site are correct. They give you a run around and put you on hold to discourage you.

Don't make the same mistake I made in believing this was an honest business.

Review: I was quoted a price to turn in my I phone 5 of $187.00. I received the box in the mail and turned it in. On Wednesday February 18th I got an email quoting me $29.00. I emailed back and told them I would not accept the offer that I wanted my device back. On Thursday February 19th I received an email from them saying I needed to call a number. Tried to call the number and was unable to get through on Friday the 20th it kept saying there was a high call volume and disconnecting me. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday I emailed again saying I did not accept the offer and wanted my device back and was trying to call and was unable to get through. On Tuesday I finally got through to someone that then had to transfer me to another number, I then was disconnected again, tried calling back again and was transferred again to be disconnected again. Today I finally got through and they told me it was passed the 3 days according to their terms and conditions and said they could not give me my device back. She offered me another 25$. I accepted but said that is was a horrible way to do business and that it was not my fault I was unable to get through and that I would be calling the Revdex.com and reporting this ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like my device back! It is worth more they what they are paying or $187.00

Review: the company offers a web-service for consumers to self-determine the value of a mobile device. the web-service then provides a price quote based on the consumer input. however, when I sent in my device for an actual valuation, I received a price offer well below the web quoted price. within two days, I contacted the merchant via email attempting to retrieve my device. in a response email, I was told to call their customer service department. it took me several more days to free up my schedule in alignment with the availability of the merchant's customer service resources. however, due to me delay, I was told that my phone call was outside of the allotted time in which I could reject the offer and receive the device back. it was explained that this implicit agreement was in the merchant's terms and conditions. unfortunately, I admit to not having read the terms and conditions carefully before agreeing. having said, I still reached out fairly quickly attempting to have my device returned.Desired Settlement: I would like my device back intact. I have photographic evidence of its serial number and cosmetic state prior to shipping it to the vendor.

Review: I seen their web site regarding Selling my iPhone 6 . Their site offered $586.00 for my new iPhone .

They sent me a check for $76.00 saying it has a scratch on the back of the phone and no power cable with it.

The phone was one week old and No SCRATCH on it and their web site states the cables were optional!!Desired Settlement: Send me the amount they stated on the web site of $586. -$76.00 they sent me. They need to send me the difference $510.00.
