We have sent you welcome email with your information twice, you never contacted us to report an issue with the service or to cancel and request refund, now you are trying to commit fraud to us by non paying a requested and provided service. Service is active with us with no... issues.

Customer sent us email requesting to cancel the account and get full refund, we canceled the account as per customer request, hours later customer decide to keep the account open , we inform it was canceled already and to reactivate the account customer needs to pay reactivation, customer refuse to
pay reactivation fee

Prisonlines is the name of the company, we are a long distance provider to help customers save in their long distance inmate calls
We try to issue refund according terms of service, but you said you want full refund, we cannot help you commit fraud to us, our service is not
free

Your husband try to called you but the calls were disconnected by the facility, you did not unblock the inmate calls, the call not even get out the facility, there is no way we can send you a call if we do not received the full call signal.

FULL REFUND for unused accounts that are canceled during the first 3 days from the start of the billing cycle or the set up date. Set up fee is non refundable. No refund for all others.

It has been registered by you  that you will commit fraud to our company no matter what.

We provided the service, the service has no issues at all, customer tried to received collect calls from an inmate but customer never accept and paid for the collect call, the facility where the inmate is disconnected all the calls because they need the customer to pay for the collect calls, but...

customer refuse to. If the call was disconnected at 1 minute duration there was no way we can received the full call signal.
Our refund policy is:VI.-REFUNDS.
 
Full refund if we are unable to provide you service, no refund all others. Prisonlines purchased in advance the telephone number and package of minutes for you, our providers do not issue refund to us even if the account was not used. 
 
VIII.-WARRANTIES OF SERVICE
Prisonlines is not responsible for not completed calls due to any natural disaster like fires, earthquakes or similar, due to any natural or technical difficulties in the facilities. Prisonlines is a long distance provider.
Customer is responsible to know the rules of the facility where he/she wants to receive the calls from, there are some restrictions or rules to call outside of the facility. Prisonlines is not responsible to know the rules of the facilities. Prisonlines provides the service outside of the facility as a long distance provider. Customer is responsible to inform us if the inmate is transferred to a new facility so we can transfer the service.  
Customer is responsible to known the local rates for the prison/jail requested. Prisonlines does not know the local rate of every prison or jail. Prisonlines is non responsible if jail denies the privilege of inmates to make calls or if jail call provider denied to send the calls to Prisonlines telephone number. Customer is responsible to decide if this is the correct way to get and save in  inmate calls. Prisonlines is not responsible if the facility or collect call provider does not want to send calls to our numbers.
 
There is no issue at all with our service,the issue is in the customer side, customer does not want to accept and paid for collect call.

No I did call gtl and told them to unblock the number that same day like what it says in your email you mailed to me and they did also them set up fee was 9.99 ok keep that I just want what's left on my account which is 27.99 and no I said I want my reminding balance back.
