I purchased pairs of shoes for my children on December 16, 2016-below shows the order details: Order # [redacted] Product Quantity Price Kids Pink / White LED Light Up Trainers Youth $ Kids Grey LED Light Up Trainers Toddler $ After weeks, I finally received them-instead of sending 1- for my son, they sent a 10-they were too small My daughters fit but after the second day would not take a charge anymothey were obviously defective I searched the website and there is no contact number, so I followed the return/exchange instructions-After many, many emails they finally responded on January 16, about my sons and provided me with a return label-They never acknowledged my daughters defective shoes I never received my sons new shoes-I have continued to send email after email to them and they have not responded at all!! I am out $at this point! This company is a disgrace!

I have been contacting this company since January The shoes I purchased & received worked for only weeks & then would not light up anymoreI contacted them through email & they sent me a packing label to ship the sneakers back & exchange them for new onesThey received the sneakers on February 3rd from me & I have yet to receive new sneakersI have been contacting them since then for the sneakers & back in March I started requesting a refund since they have not answered any of my emails since they received the sneakers back on February 3rd I would like a refund now since I had to purchase new sneakers from a different company

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas which came rather quickly. After he opened them we realized they did not work and had a short in them. After attempting to contact them several time via email (they give no other contact info) I was finally given a packing slip and told to send them back and they would issue a new pair. The tracking shows that they recieved the broken shoes at there front desk on January 23rd at 12:17pm. I have attempted tor each several times since via emails and facebook with no response. They have stolen my money.

In December 2016, I ordered a pair of get lit sneakers size 10 for my grand daughter to be sent to her in Pawtucket Rhode Island. After two billings which were subsequently withdrawn, my account was billed for $39.99 on 12/17/16' No sneakers. I have repeatedly tried to call and text this company. As of today, the company can not be reached by phone and no text has been answered. I have not sought redress with my bank because I fear it is too late. Yet the company is still advertising online.

I ordered pairs of kids shoes (size and size 12.5) back on 12/27/from Get Lit Shoes (www.getlitshoes.com) and paid a total of $($each) A couple weeks later I received a package which included one pair of shoes (size 13) On the packing slip, it showed that I had ordered two pairs and paid a total of $79.98, but next to the size shoes I ordered there was a hand written note that stated "out of stock." I checked my credit card, and was charged the full $ There has not been a credit for the $yet to this day I have tried 5-times to contact the company, both through their website (submitted email) and through the phone number that was listed on my credit card statement (no phone number listed on website) These calls go right to a voicemail, but no one has returned my calls

I order pairs of shoes from this company and received the orderWe charged the shoes and my sons wore them one time and the lights on the left shoe began to flicker as if the shoe had a loose wireThe left shoe of one pair quit working completely Also, on the right shoe, a couple of the bulbs went out and no longer workI tried for a couple of weeks to contact the company for an exchangeI contacted the company several times via email, mail and calling the phone number listed on my credit card statementI get no response at all

I am beginning to feel concerned that this company may be a fraudulent companyDo not buy from them

A place an order for two pairs of light up shoes on 12-20-and I still never got an email confirmation but they took the money out the same day from my bank account I've been trying to contact them no answer nor did I get any tracking number for the order yet

My father purchased a pair of their light up shoes for my year old son for a birthday present he wore them times and they no longer light up and I have emailed them times and no response

The wrong shoes were sent and shipped backed following their return procedures and company refuses to give back refundI've contacted them NUMEROUS times through email and social media and they refuse to respond

I ordered a pair of Kids Black Canvas LED Light Up High Tops in Size on December 12, I received a pair of adult size black and white shoes, which are not usable by us I then contacted the company, per their return policy, at ***@getlitshoes.com multiple times to receive instructions on returning the shoes for a refund To date, I have received no reply from the merchant These shoes were a Christmas present, which I had to replace with another item, and I still have no way to return the unwanted shoes or to obtain a refund for the unwanted merchandise

This business claimed all orders ship within hours and it's been weeks and mine has not shipped They charged my credit card the day of order There is no phone number listed and the emails that are actually answered do not answer your questions
