On December 10th I placed an order for pair of LED shoes, and on the 19th I received of the pairsI gave it a couple of days for the last one to arrive and as it got close to Christmas I was very nervous because I didn’t want my little niece to be upset on Christmas dayThere was no phone number to contact the company so, I emailed them saying it was getting close to Christmas and that the 3rd order still has not arrivedSure enough they responded fast saying they were experiencing delays and that I will get the shoes before ChristmasBecause I wanted to make sure again, I emailed them on the 23rd saying we were one day away from Christmas and if the order is on its way? On the day of Christmas, my niece was in tears when my nephews opened theirsI myself was not happy because I felt like I had thrown my money awayWe promised my niece that it was on its way and that she will get in a couple of daysNow this is four years old she felt left outEver since then I never hear

I purchased pairs of their shoes the week before ChristmasI received them the week after ChristmasOne pair was too small, so I sent an email and returned them per their refund policyNo reply to emails and no refundThe second pair stopped working after one day, still no email response

I order pair of shoes on Decthey was shipped on the of I received the package on the 30th of Decthere was only one pair of shoesSo I contact them by e-mail because there was no number to contact them, so I did this about three or four time so I have not heard anything yetthere was no invoice in the box to tell me how to return the package and on other the shoes I have are the wrong side I order 10sso I need a refund back or they send me pair of shoes side 10s I gave them my number too call they have not yetthese shoes suppose to be Christmas giftsI cant find a number to call them

I purchased pairs of sneakers from this company on 12/9/2016, My credit card was charged immediately $ When I received my order 12/16/the sizes were entirely wrongI have tried contacting the company via email, multiple times with no responseI called the phone number (on my credit card statement) that is associated with the company ###-###-####, when called it is a cellphone that states that the messages are fullThey have a facebook page which I have messaged and I have been told to send an emailIt is a complete run aroundAll I want is to return the product they sent me and get a full refundThe site says you have days to return for a full refund, I have no information as to where to send the product back, the sneakers came in a box without an invoiceThe emailed confirmation from the company tells you to contact them via email for information on returnsHow can you return something if you don't have a place to send it? I am not the only person having issues

I ordered pairs of kids shoes (size and size 12.5) back on 12/27/from Get Lit Shoes (www.getlitshoes.com) and paid a total of $($each) A couple weeks later I received a package which included one pair of shoes (size 13) On the packing slip, it showed that I had ordered two pairs and paid a total of $79.98, but next to the size shoes I ordered there was a hand written note that stated "out of stock."
I checked my credit card, and was charged the full $ There has not been a credit for the $yet to this day I have tried 5-times to contact the company, both through their website (submitted email) and through the phone number that was listed on my credit card statement (no phone number listed on website) These calls go right to a voicemail, but no one has returned my calls

The shoes my daughter received for Christmas stopped working after daysAfter attempts to reach the company by email and Facebook messenger, they finally sent me a return formIt has been weeks since I returned the shoes and I have not received a replacementI have emailed twice and sent Facebook messagesI guess I wasted $40!

In December 2016, I ordered a pair of get lit sneakers size for my grand daughter to be sent to her in Pawtucket Rhode IslandAfter two billings which were subsequently withdrawn, my account was billed for $on 12/17/16' No sneakers I have repeatedly tried to call and text this company As of today, the company can not be reached by phone and no text has been answered I have not sought redress with my bank because I fear it is too late Yet the company is still advertising online

I brought two pair of shoes that cost me $on 12/8/ FedEx attempted to deliver these shoes but realize it had two labels on the package FedEx would not leave the package with me because it's again their policy The shoes went back the to company on 12/20/ I was communicating with someone from the company via email and they said they will get the shoes back out to me I never received the shoes and when I email the company, no one answer the email On my bank statement it has a number (###-###-####) that don't work I feel that they took my money without giving me my shoes

I returned the shoes in the beginning of January and still haven't received my refundI have contacted the company a few times and haven't even received a response!

I purchased a pair of Pink/White LED Light Up Trainers, Size Youth for 0n12/13/I received the shoes, size 5-1/the first part of January 2017.The order number was #11589, and the item Number was KTRN-PNK-I emailed the company different times which was the only way the company indicated they could be contacted for refund or exchangeGet Lit Shoes never emailed a response to me after my last email dated 1/23/I was unable to obtain a phone number until April and then the company's phone which no one ever answered but a voice mailI left numerous messages with my phone number to return my call and never received a call from anyoneI don't intend to do business with this company, I just want my money returned!

Ordered shoes on 12/11/ stated delivery would be by 12/23/it is now 12/29/and order is sitting in Belle Garden Calif I sent mails (no-Replay) Call their number the message stated their mailbox is full not a good way to run a business My first and last order with them unless I like a pair a shoes and I don't need them in a month....lol Please Be Aware!!

You do NOT want to do business with these folks!! They will not help you after you order anything, but they are quick to take your moneyThey don't even have a customer service number and I'm still waiting on my refund after almost a week of them having their shoes back in their hands! Facebook posts get deleted, emails go unanswered, and the msg option on their website is usless!! The number that pops up when filing a complain is for a hotel! My shoes came in a bag, stuffed in my mailbox! I'm not even sure how they're even a business!
