However, it might be worth looking into why my complaints were not addressed on your site when I originally requested to unsubscribe multiple times.? Others may also be having that problem when trying to unsubscribe.? Thank you

The company said they'd take me off the list but it could take 5-days for my request to be processed completelyAfter those days, as long as I haven't had any additional e-mails from there, I will absolutely accept their? responseReceived yet another e-mail from them today which is why I would like to wait the full days?
