Tell us why here...Mr***,We installed exactly what you purchased on your home We have no record, contract and or authorization to put attic insulation in, nor were you charged for it We installed Vented Soffit on your home which is required to allow your roof to breathe Everything was installed according to industry standards and manufacturers specifications We have suggested numerous times that you contract a company to put a ridge vent in your roof to allow proper ventilation We cannot comment on this further, because you are making claims of health issues and blaming our company

At no point did we refuse to help *** *** We simply gave him our factory warranty support phone number and told him to reach out to them so that we can further assess the situation

The customer informed us that she would remove this complaint as we came to an agreement and settled the matter.Is this all ok? The client told us they would remove this

I am rejecting this response because:the warranty company refused to pay for repairs as can be confirmed by contacting them. AUL stated these problems were long standing and they could not fix the vehicle and the dealer should of taken care of these during a safety inspection. Yes, the warranty was canceled due to them refusing to pay for repairs. Again, all I'm asking is dealer to pay half.

This was taken care of on 5/6/2017 before we even received this complaint from the Revdex.com.  PLEASE REMOVE.  THANKS!!!

I am rejecting this response because: sac truck depot promised to fix the things wrong with the escalade. They gave me two days to return the car and since they told me they would fix it the next day after I purchased and all they did was tell me to come back every time I went to come back the next day. They told me lies and that I had to deal with the previous owner of the car to come to some sort of agreement when I have nothing to talk about to the previous owner since sac truck depot is the vendor at the moment. They lied about fixing the car, I completely understand that I took the car as is but they told me they'd fix the things wrong with the car and never did. They made the days pass so that I wouldn't be able to return the car in the allotted time of 2 days and I didn't want to waste more money. Repeatedly I went to have them fix the car and the same response of "come back tomorrow" was said. They were unprofessional and cussed at me and by the last times of me going, the manager would not come see me as well as the employees saying he wasn't there.

We are scheduled to start installation after we finish the current install that we are doing.  Due to the extreme weather conditions out of our control it has set our installation calendar back.  All the materials have arived for this installation and we will schedule it as soon as we are...

paperwork states is seamless up to 25 feet because that is the longest length panel we offer. Our warranties are for defects in the siding and if you had lost you copy we would be more than happy to provide you with another copy. No company could give a warranty that would cover natural disasters. Ernie has been diagnosed with throat cancer and is going through radiation therapy and is very sick. That being said we can gladly help you if you are having issues. We are concerned with your claims that our siding caused your sons allergic reactions, that is why we cannot comment any further without our lawyer involved. We were not contracted to put insulation in your attic. Your attic needs to be ventilated properly and we have made numerous suggestions that you contract a company to put ridge vents on your roof. We were not contracted to do anything like that. We want to help you in any way that we possibly can, but we have completed the work we were contracted to do at your home.

We did not install your windows.  We gave you the manufacturers phone number to contact for further service.  If you need please contact us for that number anytime.

Our replacement windows are made to industry standards. All windows are ready to be installed and the client turned us away and would not let us install.  All of our windows are custom made products to fit the clients specific project. We would like to reschedule an installation date to install...
