Dear Mr. [redacted]I am very sorry that you feel this way. However after some research I found the original offer with your signature on it. I believe this the paper you took to your credit union. I found it interesting that there is no offer for your trade-in in it. Let me give you a run...

down on how we evaluate a trade-in: First, we have our mechanic check it out for any cosmetic and mechanical problems. Second, our used car buyer test drive the vehicle. Third, our used car manager based on the our mechanic's report he will evaluate the trade using market value and auction reports. Forth, we give the customer a trade in value report. unfortunately I don't see any trade-in report or offer from our dealership. I have attached a copy of our original offer for the record. We are in the business of customer service first.Thank you for your time.Management

In regards to complaint ID# [redacted]. We tried working with this customer to fulfill her order for several months. However, the customer lost contact with us until January 2016. At that time I informed [redacted] I would like to come...

down personally to resolve this matter. We set a date for me to come down and discuss all the concerns she had with Nationwide. Upon my visit [redacted] was not willing to work with us in anyway the problem was two windows on her order were smaller then what we can make. I had to inform her that I had to work with my production team to do a special order for those two windows customer was not receptive to this. Customer was insisting on getting a refund I did inform her that this may not be possible but I would do everything we can to resolve her matter. After reviewing what transpired and also how customer felt and how uncooperative she was we decided to refund her full deposit. I have been trying to contact [redacted] for the past 3 weeks to inform her that I have her refund check and we need to set a meeting to deliver her refund check. I awaiting a response from the customer at this time and will continue to contact her.

I am rejecting this response because:I have never met a more deviant and blatantly corrupt business in my life. Nationwide Windows and siding destroyed my home and has lied every step of the way. I paid $15,500 dollars for all new siding boards, paper, insulation, and vinyl siding. I was told that I was going to be given the best contractors Nationwide had and my home would be seamless, warmer, insect free, not fade, crack, warp, be 100% protected against all disasters natural or man made. If at any time there was damage Nationwide would come out and replace it for free. Anthonys first response when I realized how badly my home had been damaged by their irresponsible and incompetent workers was they were subcontractors and Nationwide could not be held personally liable for their negligence. Their workers put holes directly through asphalt shingles, through my roof boards, and into my attic to stabilize the platforms they were working on and then filled the holes with silicon. Those holes leaked putting water all over my attic. They never replaced all the boards and originally did not even put insulation underneath all the new siding. I went into the attic to inspect what they had done and saw holes in boards that led straight through to the vinyls. Not only did they not put new boards up they knocked holes in the old boards and simply installed vinyl directly over it. I then went on the roof that at the time was 9 years old and found clear silicon plugs in over 20 places on my roof. When I confronted them they said that's how they always do it. I contacted 5 other roofing companies and not one of them had ever heard of such stupidity. I called Nationwide back their solution was to use a different color silicon closer to my roof color. They came out and pulled back the vinyl and admitted they "missed" a whole section of replacing boards and applying insulation on both sides of the house. They had placed vents in on both sides of the house without framing them making it impossible to close them. Because they had no room to maneuver they simply took a hammer or hatchet from the outside slammed two holes in the side of my house and then put plastic vents over it. My home which I paid to be warmer and safer was freezing that winter sending out electric bill skyrocketing. We with our old aluminum siding were quite comfortable for the last 6 years at 60 degrees on our thermostats. We had our thermostats cranked to 75-80 degrees all winter and were still cold. Mauricio whom Anthony repeatedly told me was the best contractor Nationwide had in the arsenal came out and decided the only way to make our home inhabitable was to insulate the attic. He paid for and installed pink insulation over every soffit and crack in our attic. Between the moisture from the holes drilled through our roof, and the air being sealed with no ventilation mold grew all over my attic. I have before and after pictures of my home demonstrating no mold or mildew before work began and mold and mildew everywhere just months later. Anthony had the balls to tell me he accepts no responsibility for his workers because they performed work outside of what was stated in the contract and they were subcontracted by him therefore the company can not be held directly liable. For my efforts in trusting Nationwide so far I had to get a mold and remediation company in cost of $2,550. I just replaced a 9 year old roof with a brand new 45 year roof cost $5,900. My home is still freezing and the real reason was never figured out. Something was clearly ripped out and not replaced. I will probably have to pay a real siding company to come in and fix and or replace my entire siding. Cost from Nationwide was over $15,500! My insulation in my attic that got wet still has to be replaced estimated cost around $5,000 and something above the soffit similar to baffles were ripped out and not replaced. Nationwide should be embarrassed, ashamed, and disgraced by their work and should have immediately rectified all the damages incurred. They set up appointments to come out and see my home and then did not show on multiple occasions. I have no words for how pissed off I am at their incompetence, negligence, and flat out lying. My home was destroyed by their "Best workers" and now they need to make it right one way or the other. My whole family became sick and my son almost died because of the mold and mildew problem. If ever there was ever a better case for the Revdex.com I can't think of one. If this is how this company conducts business they should be out of business!!! Not only are they not accepting any responsibility for their actions they are going as far as to blame me for using subcontractors that they hired and I paid for as full time Nationwide contractors!!! I want to be paid in full for all damages incurred to my home and a letter of apology written to my family for all the pain and suffering you have caused us!!![redacted]
Regards,
[redacted]

Sacramento Truck Depot has been nothing but professional with Mr. [redacted]. When he purchased the vehicle he did so "AS IS" there is proof on the paperwork that states so. On the "DUE BILL" Mr. [redacted] acceoted the vehicle as is with no work being promised. His signature along with the acting...

manager's is on that document. Mr. [redacted] also signed the "law form 676" accepting the vehicle "AS IS" which clearly states that; 1. The vehicle is being sold on an "AS IS" basis. 2. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of this vehicle is with the buyer. 3. Should this vehicle be defective following buyer's purchase, the BUYER and not the dealer, assumes the ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRS. According to all the documets that Mr. [redacted] signed by taking possesion of the vehicle and signing all documents "AS IS" Mr. [redacted] approved of the vehicle in the state that it was in. Copies of all documents signed by Mr. [redacted] have been submitted to show proof.

Response to complaint number [redacted] To whom it may concern: On June 12, 2016 Mr. [redacted] purchased the following vehicle from Sac Truck Depot: 2005 [redacted] Ranger 4WD VIN #:[redacted] Mileage: 102,454 Purchase Price: $9999.00 Down Payment: $1000 Interest Rate: 9.99% Term: 60month Monthly...

Payment: $232.42.   A few days later it was brought to our attention that the above-described vehicle had a salvaged title and therefore could not be financed with a bank. Mr. [redacted] was contacted about the situation and was given the following options: Contract was to be canceled and the down payment fully refundedCustomer to be switched on a newer [redacted] Ranger with a clean title. After analyzing his options he decided to go with the second option. On June 16, 2016 Mr [redacted] purchased the following vehicle from Sac Truck Depot: 2006 [redacted] Ranger 2WD VIN#: [redacted] Mileage: 64,968. Purchase Price: $13999.00 Down Payment: $1000.00 Interest Rate: 9.99% Term: 60 month Monthly Payment: $321.00 Mr. [redacted] is a smart and wise 22 years old electrician who is capable of making a smart decision on his own. He was not forced, he was not tricked, and he certainly was not manipulated to purchase a vehicle from us. He was given the option to get his down payment back and walk away but he decided to purchase a vehicle. After the transaction Mr. [redacted] became hostile, rude, and abusive. He started harassing our sales staff and disturbed our business at that moment we asked him to leave the premises. But the harassment didn’t stop the next day he called our sales person on his personal phone and continued his harassment. Thank you very much for your time

I am rejecting this response because:I am not sure what your company did differently from the siding and insulation that was there originally. When your company was finished our home for the first time since we lived in it had to have the thermostats raised from 60 degrees all winter to 70-80 degrees just to stay in the home. Your contractor came to our home and apologized profusely for the problem. He said the only thing he could think to do to solve the problem was put more insulation in the attic. He covered every hole and soffit in The attic which did make it much warmer. The problem is it trapped heat and moisture in the attic preventing the attic from breathing causing mold and mildew to grow all over the attic. The heaviest concentrations were found where the light openings were visible in the side of the house that had none before and where holes were drilled to stabilize the scaffolding through our 9 year old asphalt shingles and through the roof boards. To fill the holes they used clear silicon. My home never had mold or mildew problems as was attested by our original inspector and was verified with pictures before and after the work was done. The mold remediation cost was $2,550. The new roof is going to cost $5,000, and insulation that got wet another $5000 to replace. The original reason our home was freezing for the first time since we owned it after the installation of new siding and insulation defies logic. Something was clearly done wrong and still needs to get fixed before winter rolls in again. My whole family was suffering with illnesses relating to respiratory conditions. My 2 year old son got deathly sick as a result of exposure to the mold and mildew had to be revived by me doing CPR on him, and transporting him to the hospital. He went on numerous medications and nebulizer treatments just to be able to breathe. I am simply asking this company fix what they broke. I am not asking for medical expenses just our home be clean, warm, and safe moving forward. That is why I paid $15,500 for and we have yet to receive. The insulation that went into our attic was paid for and placed by Nationwide, and the holes put through our roof was done by their contractors. To say that this is not your fault and not your problem is at best disingenuous. I have no words to describe what it was like almost losing my son and then finding out the cause was due to your companies work. All I am asking for is repairs to or repayment for issues in our home that were caused by your workers. That at this point is the least you could and should do!

[redacted]

All issues have been resolved for [redacted] to his satisfaction we had to install new window frames. I personally went out to [redacted]'s home to ensure that everything went smoothly and to make some minor adjustments to the window.

we spoke with customer on 12-14-2015 and set her up for an appointment to have her glass replaced however it does take 4-6 weeks for the glass to be made. We spoke with customer to confirm her appointment today and advised her the glass will be in and we will come out and install it at no charge.

I am rejecting this response because: I continue hearing nothing directly from this company, since July, 2017 after I paid them $400. Nothing has been scheduled with me, even tentatively. Their silence now simply confirms the legitimacy of my complaint.
