As far as the phone call that was alleged, we strongly disagree with this, as we did review the recorded phone calls from 08/19/and clearly the representative let *** know to contact tech by email, and that is the only way to do so and was rather polite

I have received an email from the company since filing this complaint, actually emails, still very unprofessional but it had the information I needed for the product I purchasedI am done with ever purchasing anything else in the future with a company that treats their customers with such disrespect like I have been over this

summarize the issues, please read the following:
On 08/06/2014 [redacted] asked for an RMA Number to return...

08/06/2014 a GForce Customer Service Rep responded back providing RMA II [redacted] for the return of

Review: I am asking for return information to send back a gforce chip that was not installed in my truck. I have called and spoke to customer service and he keeps telling me to send an e-mail for return instructions. I have at this point sent 6 e-mails to get return information and have not had a reply as of yet. When I call back and talk to the same person he is very rude and talks over me and will not give another e mail address or give proper information to have it returned and keeps hanging up on me EVERY time I call back. There policy is to reply back to me within 15 min. of sending an e mail. And this is clearly not happening.Desired Settlement: I want this company to know it is not good practice to treat people as dogs and talk condescending to them!!!!

I want the information so I may return the product I have not even used!!!!

Review: Hi I bought one of these chips and as I was buying it I received the most helpful information and the service was very nice. But as I decide that I did not want the chip any more I called the same number and talked to the same guy, this time he was not as nice for some reason. I asked him how do I get a rma number to return the package. He told me that it was on the web site and as I was asking him where to look for the email for the site. He stated that if I took the time THAT IT TOOK ME TO CALL HIM BACK after he hung up on me I could have already had my problem taken care of. Review: I tried to use this companies email. It doesn't work. I c**led two differant Computer technicians for the email sevice I use to verify that my email is working correctly, and they did a search for the GFORCE CHIPS enmail address and they could not find it any where and told me it was a "None existing" email address, and verified that my email was working find. I sent emails to others and they replied via email that they had recieved my email.I was trying to email this company as per the instructions on the instruction sheet I had recieved with the Chip. I needed to get the engine wiring diagram for my truck engine. I tried sever** times to email them, it would not send to their email address. I went to the companys web site, found their phone number and I c**led them. A m**e answered the phone, I tried asking him if I had the right email address, he was very rude, I could was not able to explain what I needed as he constintly kept raising his voice and acused me of being in the wrong.I tryed to explain that their email wasn't working, he Stated" it works find I just sent out over a thousnd emails", he than wanted to know where I entered it at. I was pretty flustered at this point and mistakinly told him, on my browser, he hollared at me "stupid, you need to put in on you email site, I tried to tell him I meant the email site but he didn't listen he just hollored,"you need to learn how to use the computer." He hung up on me. I c**led back and the same mail answered, I asked him not to hang up on me and would he give me the correct email address, he hollared at me again, about learning to use computer, and then hung up. I waited a few minutes cooled down so I would not get rude when I c**led again to try to get help. When I made my third c**l to the company, the same m**e answered. I told him I needed to speak to a supervisor,he hollered" I am the [redacted] supervisor you need to learn how to use the computer". He said some other very rude remarks and hung up again.Desired Settlement: I need the return authorization information so I can return this product and I want a full refund of **l my money, shipping fees, and no restocking fee. I have no trust in this company and I don't want to take a chance of putting it on my vehicle and causing damage. I fin**ly found other complaint's about this company and I just want this settled quickly.

Review: This company is fraudulant. I paid for a device from them about 23 days ago. I got an email that said the unit was shipped with a tracking number. After 4 days there had been no movement. I emailed to find out what was wrong. I recieved an apology for the delay and told it would ship on monday June 16. After a few emails back and forth asking for honesty that if the device worked as the website stated, please send me the unit, if not please refund my money right away. It was their call. On Monday, I recieved an email stating I was getting a refund and my order had been canceled.

Customer service answered the phone and answered emails, but they were rude, defensive and demeaning for asking a simple question.Desired Settlement: This company should be investigated. No company would just refund without sending the product. Any company worth anything would assure a skeptical customer that there are no issues and they will do as stated on their website. I would like to see this business gone and any variations of the unit taken out. Really, I can understand that if one fools a computer and engine into believing onething when something else is happening. I can see if a unit could fine tune an engine to get better performance. All this is good technology deserving attention, but not with the rude and smart remarks to their customers. I aksed simple questions and being electronically inclined I wanted to know about the unit. I recieved smart remarks, demening answers to those questions and reffered to a website anyone culd say anything on.

Review: I purchased a performance chip from gforce and called to ask a question. First I was hung up on, then I called back to return this item.
