Review: I had purchased a chip for my 05 ram based on the claims that this company makes with regard. I have had to replace this chip once after owning it for 1 month I experienced no gain in power or mileage. Tech support was helpful after I was hung up on by sales and and then I called to ask again what the proper channels were and the salesman was condescending and downright nasty at which time I hung up. After getting the correct info I sent it back. Received a new chip, installed it and mileage went up and then progressively came down. It then turned on my check engine light and caused a code 113 for ambient air temp sensor. This happened twice after I cleared it. I am in the auto repair business. After the second time, I removed it, cleared the fault and the code hasn't come back. I emailed again and was told repeatedly that I was not getting a refund. Tech support was nasty and condescending and when I called sales they were just as condescending and patronizing. Which is what I expected. I am fed up and do not want another p.o.s chip and I cannot understand how a business like this is still in business. If I do not receive a refund my next step is to the credit card company and then rip off report and any where else I can warn [redacted] Q. Public on this horrible service along with a false claim. Oh and also sales did not take my claim seriously telling me "I doubt it's defective." That is why I am on my third one, because of supreme quality and professionalism. I think not. I am not the type to complain for the sake of, I just want what I paid for. Well in this case, I will make an exception. I want my money back!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund of $74.95. No questions asked. And we will never do business from this point forward.

Review: I purchased a G-force chip because of it's advertised claims and testimonials concerning improved mileage and performance. The chip did absolutely nothing. I was in contact with their technical support and even have an e-mail "thanking" me because I decided to give the chip an additional full tank of gas in my truck [in hopes that the system would adjust] .So when the tank was used , I sent an email for a return since the chip did not work. Then they said "too bad you have exceeded our 14 day return policy"This company is a typical bait and switch con job like many over the years. They promise the world and deliver nothing but heartache and misery.Desired Settlement: If they have a product that will redeem themselves send it on; I'll try it. If it works. I'll write a testimonial. If not, I want a full refund [$74.95]

Regards,

Review: This actually involves sales misrepresentation of product abilities as well as failure to refund money. Make no mistake, this is a fake product. I don't understand why they have a D+ rating instead of an F. I clearly indicated my car was 2003 OBDII during the ordering process. This product is totally unfit for the purpose for which it is allegedly intended. It is a scam. It does not improve gas mileage. It made my cruise control malfunction. I called and was given an RMA, I sent the product back via mail. I printed out the RMA and address, nothing was hand written. It was returned to me, stamped "return to sender. I sent it back in a different package, without a return address. They claim they never got it. I have a receipt from the post office. Again, this is a SCAM, it doesn't work. I wish I had checked out the Revdex.com rating before I purchased it, I will from now on. I think Gforce chips business needs shut down, it is an obvious scam. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank and GForce chips fought my claim? What GALL! This is a scam product. Once a mechanic explains the built-in redundancies in a OBDII compute and how it is impossible to confuse or trick a modern car computer into going lean, you understand this scam has been around for years. He showed me "special" 02 sensors and other companies with "special" chips, all proven scams.Desired Settlement: This is a SCAM, not only do I want my $75 back but I want the $6 it cost me to mail it back. I think the business needs shut down, it is an obvious scam.

A full, detailed response is attached to this message. Thanks!

To all interested parties:

Thanks for coming to the Revdex.com site to help resolve the issue with your refund on the returned item. To

summarize the issues, please read the following:

On 08/06/2014 [redacted] asked for an RMA Number to return order# [redacted] for a full refund. On

08/06/2014 a GForce Customer Service Rep responded back providing RMA II [redacted] for the return of

his part to our address for a full refund, including shipping. (Please see exhibit Ill)

On 09/25/2014 [redacted] filed a chargebacl< on this transaction gaining a full refund from his credit card

company without actually returning the item back, despite us providing the return authorization number

on 08/06/2014. (Please see exhibit #2)

On 09/29/2014 we filed a response to the chargeback [redacted] filed stating the item was not returned back,

so there is no credit due. (Please see exhibit 113)

On 10/20/2014 we finally received the item back (2.5 Months Past the time we provided the return

authorization number). We could not issue another credit to [redacted] lor 2 reasons. A) We have received a

previous charge back from the issuing bank in regards to this transaction and protocol states that we

have to allow the charge back process take its course. B) The credit card we had on file for [redacted] had

expired so we could not submit the refund. (Please see exhibit 114)

On 10/29/2014 we received an odd, threatening email from [redacted] stating we are committing fraud. To

be honest, we actually thought we were the victims of fraud with [redacted] filing a chargeback without

returning the item back to us. We sent a series of follow-up em ails to [redacted] letting him know the issues

leading up to why a credit was not issued in his favor. We further advised him that he was able to call us

toll free at [redacted] to provide us with his new, updated credit card information so we could

properly issue his refund. We have not received a call at the time of writing this message. (Please see

exhibit 115)

Please see all attached supporting documentation.

Please be advised that with his simple phone call to our company, a refund will be issued in full, in the

amount of $74.95 back to his new credit card. To summarize, now that the item is finally returned, the

item is eligible for a refund. We are waiting for your details on how to submit the refund to you.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to explain our side of this important issue.

Review: I ordered a chip and a filter from this company, while I was ordering , they did not have an option for a 2014 Toyota tundra, which is what I own. So I called them, They informed me that their website had not been updated yet , to include the 2014 year, but if I wanted to buy something for the 2014, that I Could choose any year from 2010 to 2013... So this is what I did.. At the end of checking out, they recommended that I also buy a $59.99 Filter as well, So I did.. I received the filter and chip , very quicly, paying a $5.25 Shipping and handling fee.. The filter sent was not the correct one for my vehical.. So I called them.. And was told that The filter company , does not yet make that filter for the 2014 year.. And since I choose the 2012 year, like they told me too, that , it was my fault that I received the wrong one, and that they do not pay for return shipping.. Once they received the filter they would refund me my money.. I I was not happy with this. I should not have to pay for the shipping to return the wrong product that they sent to me.. The man I spoke with . was very very rude.. All he wanted to do was get me off the phone.. I tried to explain to him in a nice way , why I felt that G-force should pay for the shipping.. He Susshed Me.. Twice, saying SSS ....SSSSS... Then he hung up on me... I was amazed. I have NEVER been talked to like that by a company that I have purchased products from... I was calmly speaking to him. So now ,in order to receive my $59.99 back I have to pay out of my pocket twice $12.00 or so.. to return the item.. 1st--- problem ... Website not updated to include the year 2014...2nd--- I called , told them I had a 2014.. they say choose any from 2010 up to 20133rd--- They send me the wrong product , because their website was not updated.. And expect me to pay to return a product I cannot use..4th... Very RUDE customer service.. Basically tellin gme to shut up . then hang up on me..Desired Settlement: Full refund of product, shipping and restocking fee...after they have received the product back from me.

Response:

We have already granted Angela a full refund of the filter of $59.95 and we will refund $5.95 of the shipping charges estimated to have this returned back to us via USPS. Although we disagree with all her accusations, to avoid an argument we will leave it at a full refund of the filter, and a $5.95 shipping credit.-GForce Customer Service

Consumer

Response:

A full refund of the filter and return shipping charges is all that I wanted to begin with, what I didn't want, is for the customer service rep to speak to me so rudely, I do not see how they can disagree with the accusations I have made being they are the full truth. I was treated very rudely then hung up on.. I also had to go back and forth with them , via e-mail to try and get them to pay for the return shipping, and not until I called to complain to a supervisor, was told to shhs and hung up on, then I send an e-mail telling them I would report them to the Revdex.com , did they agree to pay the return shipping!!!!

ordered over three weeks ago and still no product. I have called and emailed. When I call it says they are closed. doesn't matter when I call. They don't reply to any emails.

Review: Purchased a GForce Chip for my vehicle that is sold with a 100% Money Back Guarantee almost 2 years ago. Chip is advertised as a easy way to increase your miles per gallon. Almost all of the hype and 'reviews' boast the increased MPG. Vehicle that I was going to install chip had about 50,000 miles and was averaging 16.5 MPG over the years The original chip that was installed dropped my average MPG by 1.9.during the first 3,000 miles after installation. I disconnected chip and during the next 3000 miles my vehicle returned the 16.5 I was averaging without chip. Called tech support at GForce and was told to take ohm reading across chip; I did and the ohm reading informed tech that chip was defective. I returned chip, replacement sent and the replacement chip DROPPED my average MPG again, approx 2 MPG. Now rude tech support informs me that sometimes the chip just increases power, not MPG but tech can't understand why that happens. I asked for a Return authorization for a full refund and tech hung up. Called back and I guess they have Called ID so they keep hanging up. 4 emails have not been answered over a 7 day period. Company does not honor their guarantee and sells a product that simply does not work. All the advertising is full of INCREASED MPG boasts, not Power Increases. Besides I have no way of measuring a power increase without a dynometer.Desired Settlement: Would like Gforce to honor their original 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and not have to deal with their rude CS line ever again. To make that happen I require a full refund of $69.95.

Despite being past our 14 day money-back guarantee, we will refund the buyer in 100% full within 14 days or less of receiving the item back. Please return your module # [redacted] to:

Review: I ordered this product on Jan 29th 2014 10:30 am. Called and cancelled 2:04pm same day. The item shipped Jan 31st and I returned it the same day. Now they are saying I didnt get and RMA and now it has been more than 14 days. How does a company do a 14 days return policy. I called and cancelled because I was told by Toyota that it would void my warranty on my new truck. If you look online this is a total scam and if you look at the pcb board it is basic resistor. This product is a joke. This company is now fighting with my credit card company about me trying to get a refund. If they cancelled my order like they said in the first place this would not happen. Check out this company online and add scam after your search and see what pops up. Dont buy this product it will fry your onboard computer.Desired Settlement: Full Refund My sister is a lawyer and looking into a class action lawsuit with this company against its products and practices. It is deceiving and deceptive and a all out lie this companies tells. See you in court and hope you have enough to cover your legal bills.

Business

Response:

Thanks for using the Revdex.com to resolve this issue.

A couple points to start out with:

- We have never had a performance module void a Toyota warranty, however this is your responsibility to research prior to purchasing and/or installing this item in your vehicle.

- Reading false and unverified information on third party websites doesn't mean it's true.

- We have never denied a refund in full for your purchase of $74.95.

You placed the order on 01/29/2014, and the item was delivered on 02/03/2014 using USPS tracking # [redacted]

We do note that you tried to cancel the purchase. We are in receipt of your email dated 01/29/2014. However, when we responded on 01/29/2014 for more information in order to cancel the order, we never got a response. We understand you use YAHOO mail. Many times, Yahoo emails go to the junk mail folder. Please also understand our products ship out automatically after you place your order.

We did not "fight back" your credit card company. We simply let them know that we shipped you a product, and you have NOT returned the product back. Without a return, we cannot give you a refund, or allow your credit card company to refund you for the purchase. You would have to actually RETURN THE ITEM in order to get a refund.

You cannot have a refund, and have the product at the same time. You will need to return the item in order to get a refund on the item.

At this point, you are well past our 14 day money-back guarantee, however, we will accept the item back for a full refund of $74.95. Please send the product back using your order # [redacted] as your RMA #:

Within 14 days from the date we receive the item back, we will provide a full refund to your account.

Thanks,

Review: I ordered a GForce chip for my 2012 Toyota Tundra after reading the add online that it increases horsepower, and increases your gas milage. The add also said it was Toyota compatable which led me to believe Toyota allows its use with my vehicle. After ordering the chip I read on the internet it's reviews on a site which tests all popular chips. This one decreases gas milage and horsepower according to the tests. There are also several complaints about the chip. I called Toyota because my truck is still under warranty and they advised not to put the chip on my truck because it could lead to damage to the electrical system which Toyota would not cover. I immediately called GForce, the day after ordering the chip, to cancel my order and the phone representative would not assist me in canceling my order. He told me I had to e-mail the company. I did and asked to cancel my order and refund my money to which they replied not to read online comments. I e-mailed them three more times and they did not refund my money. I called back and was hung up on when they learned it was about a refund. I called back again and the representative advised me I had to receive the chip then send it back. I sent the item back and they only partially refunded me. I paid $69 for the chip plus tax and shipping. They only refunded me $51 with no explanation. The chips do not work and this is a scam. It is also fraud because they make it very difficult to return the item and they don't refund the full amount.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and they should be turned in to the Attorney General's office for investigation for fraud. They are committing criminal acts.

Review: I purchased a G-Force chip for my Honda. I returned it via FedEx unopened, with a RMA number provided by G-Force. Their return policy specifically says 100% refund less shipping. Their published shipping policy is $5.95 domestic. The original price was 74.95. Upon receipt of the unopened goods, G-Force only credited me with $51.75. They must be working on a metric calculator as I calculate they owe me an additional $17.25! Review: I purchased a "chip" for my [redacted] truck. Please note I keep very careful service records for my vehicles. After driving over 1200 mile trip to west [redacted] I sawal absolutely no difference in the performance or mileage on this truck. It is apparent this so-called chip, actually a simple resistor in a metal box, made no changes to the mileage or performance.Desired Settlement: This vendor stop claiming outlandish changes in vehicles. After investigating I find too many complaints against this business to be allowed to make so many false claims.

Review: In March of 2014 I purchased a Performance Chip for my vehicle. After a couple of months I realized that my gas milage had reduced by 3mpg instead of increasing the 10% claimed on the website. I contacted Technical Support and was told to return the chip for testing. I returned the chip and they sent me a new one. The replacement chip is doing the same thing, reducing my mpg by 3mpg. I contacted the Sales department to request a refund and spoke to a Sales Manager (very rude man). He stated that if it has been past 14 days, they will not provide a refund. Their website clearly states on the main page "What sets us apart from our competition, we offer a solid product that we stand by, so much so that if you are not satisfied in any way we will offer you a 100% no questions asked refund on installed modules." I mentioned this to the Sales Manager and he stated in our terms of service aggrement on our site it clearly states no refunds after 14 days. In my opinion, this is a case of false advertisement and they should be held accountable..Desired Settlement: I would like to see Gforce Performance Chips honor what their website states clearly on their main page.

Review: I purchased a preformance chip and instructions that came with this stated to email support for installation instructions of specific vehicle, which I did with no response. I then called to discuss installation and was cussed at and hung up on 3 different times. He would not give me his name, nor would he offer ANY assistance. He screamed that I " needed to learn how to use the [redacted] email " and again hung up on me. I can and would sent item back for a refund, but with the way I was treated I'm afraid I wouldn't be reimbursed and or anything done to help me with my problem. I made every attempt to resolve my issues and was treated with hostility and aggressiveness. I either want the instructions needed for this product, or a refund and never deal with this company AGAIN! ThanksDesired Settlement: I ask for instructions to install this to my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.2 liter OR a refund. I just want what should have been provided with purchase. Thanks

Business

Response:

As per the instructions, standard instructions are included which help over 90% of our customers install the product. For those few that need further instructions, car specific instructions are available by emailing [email protected]. we did email [redacted] the instructions 4 times ([redacted]) already, however it seems that his Yahoo email address is filtering those emails. As a courtesy, I have emailed the instructions to you again. If you wish to return your item, simply place it in the mail, and use your barcode number as your RMA # [redacted] number for a full, complete, refund including shipping which would amount to $74.95.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,[redacted]

I asked for a refund two days ago and now gforce is saying it was shipped after my complaint. The services people at gforce were horribly rude and unprofessional. I do not trust their workmanship or character. I should not have had to make a complaint to the Revdex.com just to get an answer on something I had paid for. I apologize for the inconvenience but I still would like to know how far this is going to go in order for me to get my money back. FYI Gforce its only $75.95 and normally I would just have eaten the money, but the person on the phone when I called was so rude im going to carry this as far as I have too in order to get my money back; for a part I still have not received;.

Business

Response:

The label was created, and the order was created well before your complaint with the Revdex.com. If you return the item, or simply deny the shipment, we will issue you a FULL refund of $74.95 within 14 days from the date we receive it back. We will NOT charge you shipping fees or a restocking fee. Just deny the shipment. We will refund you in full.

Review: I purchased a chip from GForce. Their web site states a 10% improvement in mpg when you install it in your vehicle. I was averaging 17.7 mpg on the highway before I installed the chip. I installed it in Dec. of 2014 and got an improvement of .3 mpg. GForce Tech. Dept. told me to wait for warmer weather and check it again. I did and got the same results, .3 mpg. They had me send the chip back for testing. I received another chip from them. After installation I checked the gas mileage. I got the same results, .3mpg. I've ask for a refund and their position is the chip works and they don't give refunds after 14 days. Their Tech Dept. told me to wait for warmer weather. That put me way past the 14 days. If the chip works, I should be averaging around 19.5 on the highway.Desired Settlement: GForce has proven to me the product doesn't work. I want a refund.

Business

Response:

We do have a 14 day money-back guarantee as clearly found in the agreed terms and conditions:
