Review: We purchased a light bar for my birthday in September of 2014. We sent a email to the company on 12/26/14 and I was told "no problem, send the bar back to [redacted]" I returned it on 1/3/2015 via UPS tracking # [redacted] to GG lighting. The company has recieved my shipment but has not returned a replacement and will not communicate by phone or email after multiple attempts.Desired Settlement: This light bar was purchased for $380 and I would like to have my money back or the replacement. Whichever is possible sooner.

Review: have order a product on 5//4/2015 over the phone. My credit card was changed on the full amount on 5/6/2015. I have called numerous times daily since 5/10/2015 asking for a Order Status or shipping status and they will no answer the phone. I have had no contact since 5/8/2015. I ordered the items in good faith and they have not responded to any calls and I'm out over $500.Desired Settlement: i,would like either the items I have ordered or a credit issued to my credit card.

Review: I purchased a 50" LED light bar and windshield mounts from GG-lighting and when I received them the plug on the light was broken and the mounts were not the mounts that I had ordered. I contacted them numerous times via Phone, text and email. The replies that I did get all confirmed that I would receive a return label to send them back for exchange. In the 10+ times I have talked with someone there that has yet to happen. Now they are ignoring my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the mounts that I ordered at least, and possibly get the light bar replaced for one with a plug that is not broken.

We have sent a return label to the email address that was provided multiple times. We also explained that we would be more than happy to replace the light bar with the broken plug (which occured during shipping, but we were willing to take care of the problem regardless). If the customer is not receiving our return label, we would like to ask that the customer send the entire order back and we will replace it with brand new, fully functional products.

Review: I laced an on line order with this company for a set of lights. I was contacted via text by the owner that their merchant sight was down and to contact them by phone to place my order. I did not do that and told them I was uncomfortable doing it. Later they text me back to tell me their merchant site was back up. I placed the order again. I have an order confirmation number but later learned that the earlier charge had gone through along with the latter charge. I sent them a text telling them of the situation. I also left a voice message. Two days later (and no shipment confirmation) I text again and left another message. I also tried to send them an email message. The emails have all been returned as undeliverable. At this point it appears I have been taken for two charges of $[redacted] each and will not receive the merchandise.Desired Settlement: I honestly would like to have the items I ordered and am happy to have paid for them. However, I would like the second charge refunded. If I cannot have the items I would like both charges credit back to me.

Review: I ordered a light bar and mounts totaling almost $600. The order was made and paid for on 2/4/15. I tried several times over a 10 day period to make contact with the business by phone, texts, and e-mail. No one would answer the phone or respond back to texts or voicemails. On 2/13/15 I finally received a tracking number for a package when I was told there would be two packages. As of today it shows only that a label was created, but never shipped. I never received a tracking number for the second package. I also received an email stating the order would be processed that day or the next, but also to allow 5 days per their policy to process the order. I have tried again several times since 2/13 to make contact with the company to inquire about the order and no one answers the phone, and still will not respond to my texts and voicemails. As of today, it's been 15 business days and I have not been able to speak to any representative of the company, only three emails regarding the tracking number were received from the company. I also do not yet have my order. The fact that they won't answer or return calls, ship the order, violated their own "5 day processing policy", or offer a refund is unacceptable. It's also theft and fraud considering they took payment for merchandise they have no intentions of shipping.Desired Settlement: I would prefer that I received my full order in a reasonable amount of time. Since this cannot be done, I want and expect a full refund. This business also needs to contact it's customers when they leave messages asking them to do so. This is in no way, shape, or form any way to run a successful and legit business. This has been my worst online ordering experience by far. Even if I were to get my order, I have no faith in the service or company to follow through with their warranty.

Review: On December 17, 2014, I placed an order with GGLighting over the phone for a 07-present Jeep Wrangler JK Pillar mount and a 07-present Jeep Wrangler JK Roof mount in the amount of $232.72. GGLighting sent me an invoice (# [redacted]) right away and the $232.72 came out of my account December 18, 2014. Before I ordered from them I was emailing back and forth about my future purchase and had no problem getting a response. The first email I sent to them was December 16, 2014 and they replied within 2 hours. December 17, 2014 we sent more emails back and forth discussing about the mounts I was looking for being the right option for my jeep. Almost a month passed and I hadnt heard anything about my order so I started calling them on January 16, 2015, and not once did anyone answer. I left about 4 voicemails, regarding my order, from the period of January 16 to January 26, and never received a call back. I emailed them 3 times ( 01/16/15, 01/22/15, 01/26/15) and never received a response. I tried contacting them through Instagram, which is where I found them, by direct message on 01/24/15 and by posting a comment on their pictures, which they just delete after you post it. I have a screen shot of where I commented to prove that it actually posted on 01/23/15, before they deleted it. I have tried calling them 01/16/15 at 2pm, 01/17/15 at 4:49pm, 01/19/15 at 3:05pm 5:23pm 5:39pm, 01/22/15 at 4:54pm 4:55pm 5:09pm 5:50pm, 01/23/15 at 1:35 pm 5:17pm 6:14pm, and 01/26/15 at 4:09pm 4:10pm 4:21pm, which no one ever answered. I had two other friends try calling them from their phones between those dates also and no one answered. My friend, [redacted], called them from her phone on 01/22/15 at 4:56pm 6:08pm, 01/26/15 at 6:43pm 6:47pm 7:18pm ad 7:20pm. At 7:20pm she left a voicemail pretending like she was interested in ordering a light bar with her name and call back number. ONE minute later at 7:21pm 01/26/15 she got a call back, from a guy that called himself [redacted], that was very interested in helping her chose a light bar. Right away she told him she wasnt trying to order anything and questioned him about my Order number [redacted] stated that the order was shipped 2 days prior and asked if the email was received with the tracking number, which I never received. He verified the email, order and invoice number and said he was going to resend the email with the tracking number right away. I received the email a few minutes later which did in fact had the tracking number (UPS [redacted]). [redacted] continued questioning him on why she had to pretend she was interested in ordering something to get a call back and his explanation was that GGLighting is only a 2 man business and they have been busy. She asked him how long it would take for the order to arrive and he said he cannot give that information, I would have to look at the tracking number myself. My roommate recorded her talking to [redacted] on the phone where he confirmed his name is [redacted] and the item was shipped 2 days prior to speaking with him. Its January 30, 2015 and the tracking number still says a UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status-including the scheduled delivery date- will be updated. It also shows the label was created on 01/26/2015, which is the day he was spoken to. GGLighting has since blocked me from their Instagram page and will not answer any phone calls.Desired Settlement: My desired Settlement is to get a full refund of the order I placed, paid for, and never received.

Saw their Tacoma driving around Santa Ana where I work. I have a Tacoma as well and have been wanting lights similar to what they had. Snapped a pic via cell phone of the truck and looked them up. They ended up being about 3 miles from my work. Called, got prices and made an appointment to drop off my truck. Everything was installed professionally, in a timely matter. They were friendly and I have zero complaints. Just an honest review.

Review: I sent in my LED bar to GG Lighting in October and they received the bar on October 22nd, 2013 by [redacted]. Since then I have not heard a word from the company. I have emailed them over 10 times, sent them messages, contacted them by text, contacted them by social media, and have not got one response. At this point I just want to get my bar back or a refund. Every time they tell me to email them, I get no response. 3 months of no response is very frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back at this point. I would no longer like to do business with this company. As long as I get my money back I will be happy and they will not hear another word from me.

Review: In the beginning of June 2014 I ordered a light bar from GGlighting for $139.15 and the very next day I got a receipt that they had received my order. Also, the money had been withdrawn from my bank account. Then, after that I haven't heard anything from them. it is now August and I have tried to call and email the company numerous times with no response. They have then since blocked me on social networking sites because of my attempts to contact them. Any help would be appreciated!!

Review: When you order these very expensive lights, they will send a incomplete order every time just to get you to return the product. Once you send back the product, they will ignore, ignore, ignore till everyone just stops trying. I'm tired of hearing these stories from everyone that orders. How are they still a running business and can't even deliver 1 product?Desired Settlement: They need to be shut down. Thousands of complaints for the same exact thing is not good.

Review: I ordered a 50in led light bar from gg lighting for $334.21 two weeks ago and I have not recieve my order. I never recieve any confirmation email, calls that my order has been shipped. I called a couple of times and was able to talk to someone then told me it was just shipped which was on Thursday last week. I still have not recieve my order. I now have called several times left voice messages. But no one has returned my call. I feel that this is a scam because the company withdrawed the money out of my account but I have not received what I paid for or any communication from the business indicating it was been shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like to have what I order

I received part of what I ordered after a long two and half week wait. I did not get the complete order. What I order was a Roit led 50 in light bar with mounting brackets and a complete wiring harness. The package I received from gg lighting did not include the wiring harness that was included. I called ggligthing the last two days trying to contact them no response or answer of the phone. I am very unhappy with the business conducted with ggligthing. And I would like my wiring harness.

Review: I ordered my lights on January 5th I have the receipt for the lights (sent via email) I have asked and messaged multiple times for a tracking number and they have yet to get back to me. Review: Purchased product from company on June 28, 2014 via on-line purchase. Invoice #[redacted]. Purchase amount $155.00. Authorized debit to checking account and my account was debited $155.00. I have never received product. Several attempts to contact company have failed. They have not answered e-mails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.

Review: My son (age 17) purchased a 1 x 20" Riot LED Bar using his debit card on November 9, 2014. The transaction went thru right away but he never received the product. The Order Number is[redacted]. He and I have tried numerous times to email, call and text message the company. There has been no response whatsoever from GG Lighting.Desired Settlement: Either send the product or give us full refund of $179.19

Review: Order a light bar for my son for Christmas after opening it. We found that it was missing the light bar wiring harness. I email called and text 25 times no Response put message on Instagram that they deleted. I also told them that I would buy one still will not return a call text are email. When I order it said it would have the wiring harness if they would tell me where I could buy one I will be glad to purchase it from them are some where else thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Should would like to have a wiring harness for the 50 inch light bar I purchased

Review: My boyfriend ordered mounts for his truck from GGlighting about two and a half months ago and we both haved emailed him a few times and they still will not responded, I always have emailed them thru facebook no reply, I found a number online to call the owner [redacted] and I texted him and he said that he no longer owns the business that they have a new owner and he just told me to email them and that was it. I got on their instagram they say to just email them if you have problems or have any questions but they wont ever respond so how are they suppose to help people. I have been reading online for awhile now and MANY people have wrote horrible things about GGlighting. Some say that didnt ever recieve their product for a year or so, others said they still havent even recieved after waiting for a good while. I dont want to get ripped up or have anyone else getting ripped off anymore.Desired Settlement: Would like to just get the money back or if they complany will actually send the mounts in like they are suppose to.

Review: I ordered lights from the GGlighting company, immediately charged my debit card $218.00, with a emailed receipt, but items never shipped. I called the company after 8 days of no shipping info and spoke to "[redacted]". [redacted] stated that the shipping label was still on his desk and had to check into the reason the items had not shipped. [redacted] stated he would call right back. After two hours of no return call. I attempted several call backs and left messages. I eventually received a texted message from the company phone number. The person on the other end provided a UPS tracking number which I checked with UPS to find that it was just a label that was printed, but never had anything shipped with it. After several text messages, the person stopped texting and would not answer the phone. After reading several complaints on Revdex.com I now feel that this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $218.00
