Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There are no inspectors! How can we have an inspector inspect them if there aren't any? I am not in the carpet business, the only party who can provide an inspector is ProSource or the manufacturer Unique Carpets LTD Also we did not "decide" the issue was due to manufacturing, no one can decide anything without an inspection so the manufacturers (Unique Carpet LTD) "opinion" is moot Sincerely, Heather R [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The first quote for repairs to the walls and baseboards was around $that you received Months ago when these contractors were hungry for work, due to your unresponsiveness and unwillingness to address these issues in a timely manner contractors are charging a premium to come up and address these repairs nowThe repairs at the present time are going to be double the original quote so $at the very least if not more, we have three quotes and they are all similarAlso because we have been trying to get these repairs addressed / resolved since last October of the original paint does not even match to fix the gouges, marks and scraps on the wallsNot to mention the measuring wheel your installers damages when they threw the carpet on itThese quotes and or amounts do not even address what it is going to cost to fix, repair, and or replace the carpet that your installers damaged during the installIf the repairs to the carpet are not done the warranty on the carpet is null and void, that info comes right from the manufacturerSo when you say the damages do not justify turning this into our insurance, I respectfully disagreeCarpet one carpet giant bad mouthed the carpet dealers we were originally considering by saying that all these dealers sold carpet made out of recycled pop bottles and you guys said these carpets were inferior and would not last as longThen we are told by you (carpet one carpet giant) and your company that the carpet you misrepresented to us was not made out of recycles pop bottles and would last a lot longerThen we find out that the carpet you and your company misrepresented to us saying it was not made out of recycled pop bottles, is indeed made out of recycled pop which you guys said does not last as longSo how are we supposed to feel about the situationSo how about you guys either pay us what it is going to cost to repair the base boards, walls and measuring wheel you guys damagedAnd pay for what it is going to cost to repair or replace the carpet you and your company misrepresented to us that your guys damaged, or give us your insurance info so we can turn in a claimIn other words how about thisYou either pay for the damages you caused to the property / carpet outlined above or give us your insurance information and we all go our separate waysWe had a County Sheriff come up and verify the damages your guys did as well as three other party's , we have before, and after photos proving your guys did this damageThen we have the first letter you sent us where you basically try to justify all the damage your guys did to our property and that you were not going to do anything for us, that you were not going to fix any of the damages your people caused to our propertyNobody else apart of your company seems to think that this damage is justified, they call it carelessnessSo I think the two ideas or offers of resolution are more than fairEspecially due to all the other issues we have been forced to endure through this nightmareWe want no more no less than what we are dueYou need to know that now we have an idea / valid quotes of what it is going to cost to address the damages that we are eligable to seek damages for the interest, and actually be awarded damages for the interestSo it is in your best interest to bring this to a resolve ASAPI would respectfully ask that you guys accept one or the other of the ideas / offers of resolution so we can all go our separate waysPlease do what is right thing
Sincerely,
*** ***
