Tell us why here.We are saddened by this claim after replacing 170 square yards of carpet at our expense as an accommodation. We regret that you are not satisfied with the carpet you selected, twice. We really don’t know what more could have been done? We sincerely hope this new carpet purchase...

Would it be okay to ask that after the new carpet is installed, you could let us know if they were short material or if there are additional carpet seams in places you didn’t expect? Then after some time of use, inform us of what you think of the performance of the carpet next to the bed and in traffic areas?  Your statement of the problem on this website omitted the things we have done for you. We feel sad that you have forgotten or have chosen to leave them out. To claim an over charge is premature and unjustified. Measuring carpet quantities can vary 10% or more depending on the estimator’s experience, carpet style requirements, etc...   However, we agree to pay the disputed amount if there are no issues with your new carpet installation and carpet performance after one year of use.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. The carpet was repaired. The order was adjusted.

I am rejecting this response because: The manufacturer did agree to send and inspector but the carpets have not been inspected at this time by the manufacturers inspector.
