I bought a gift for my sister in law's 50th birthday The gift came in wrong This business is closed on the weekends I have no way of getting a replacement I am now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company

This company is not customer service friendly and has the poorest excuses as to why they cannot improve their service or refund your money I ordered a photo canvas from this website with a [redacted] coupon Despite the fact that they include the name of the color (i.e., light gray, dark gray, black, white, etc.) next to color choices for fonts and the color scheme, they do NOT for the background selection They merely show a picture of the colors (at least three of them can pass for gray depending on who is looking at them and from what angle) Needless to say, I selected a background option I believed to be gray (no way to confirm), when I looked at the preview of my order on my computer screen it LOOKED gray and when the product arrived it was purple I called immediately and they told me it was my problem because I approved the preview I told them the preview I approved looked gray on my computer They're response..."The settings on computers vary We can't control the settings on your computer." I responded, "Exactly, which is why you should indicate when the customer is making the selection what color they have chosen." The response, this one from a supposed supervisor "We can't do that because we would have to write hundreds of colors Every color has different shades." When I told her that was a crock because they offer the names of the colors for the fonts and color schemes, she resorted to"We can't do that, that is why we show you a picture You approved the picture." After going back and forth for over minutes they refused to reprint with the correct color First they offered me a 50% off coupon to re order Why should I pay twice for the same product...which will probably come out wrong again because it is impossible to discern from those color options (without the names next to them) which is the gray canvas? When I refused to pay again, they told me I can return it, at my expense, for a refund Again, I have to pay for what really is a problem on their end THERE IS NO JUSTIFIABLE EXCUSE WHY THEY CAN WRITE THE NAMES OF THE COLORS IN EACH DROP DOWN MENU EXCEPT THE ONE FOR THE BACKGROUND I frequently order personalized gifts for friends and family Twice, I've had issues with the finalized product Once from personalizationmall.com and once from personalcreations.com They corrected the problem immediately and reshipped at their expense This is a problem that can be easily corrected by adding the names of the colors in the background drop down menu and this company refuses to take responsibility I will not purchase from them again

I too, have had a terrible and dissapointing experience with Gifts For You, LLCI ordered a enlarged canvas print from a photo that was perfectly clearWhen I rec'd it, the image was completely blurry and poor qualityThis was a Christmas gift which I could not even give my sonWhen I called the company, they advised to me take a picture of the canvas that arrived and send it to themAs I has called previous times to get through and had to hand up after minutes on hold, they told me someone would contact me right away via emailAnd, that I would still be able to get the gift in time for ChristmasWell, that never happenedI once again had to call and wait on holdWhen I explained the problem and lack of customer service I was told that they were not going to refund my moneyThey are a terrible company to deal with and they deliver terrible products

I bought a gift for my sister in law's 50th birthday. The gift came in wrong. This business is closed on the weekends. I have no way of getting a replacement.

I am now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered a personalized gift on December 4, 2015. Obviously, this is a Christmas gift. The company IMMEDIATELY debited my account for the full price of the order...and here I am, 10 days later and the order says "processing". I have written 3 emails...no response. Again, they took my money, refuse to respond to emails, and I have no product. Disrespectful, dishonest and a terrible way to treat customers. I am filing a complain immediately.

I have read the reviews & find them all negative. It seems that a company with an A rating should have more positive reviews than negative ones. So I'm submitting my POSITIVE REVIEW!!!
I ordered two personalized stuffed bunny rabbits only about 8-10 days before Easter. I had seen an ad in my weekly coupon flyer for a company I had never heard of before, the website was GiftsForYouNow.com so I checked it out. The deal on the bunnies was only through the flyer, though they had others in various colors wearing different colored shirts. The flyer offered only a 12" brown bunny w/white shirt in either pink & purple writing or yellow & green we during on it. The price was $14.95 with FREE Shipping. So to get the flyer deal I had to call the company father than order online. I didn't have the funds on my debit card at that moment so I had to wait about 1 week to order it thus the 8-10 days before Easter order date.
The lady I spoke with was wonderful! She was patient when I asked a bunch of questions of her about the company, estimated shipping time, info on the product, & of course if I could really expect the flyers statement of Guaranteed Delivery By Easter.
She impressed me with her knowledge of all the items I was concerned with & the fact that she didn't seem to be looking up the answers.
My bunnies arrived Friday 3/25/16 Easter was only 2 days away on 3/27/16. So it was close but still in plenty of time for me to set them on top of my grandkids Easter baskets.
They were packaged well & it was raining the day they arrived & the packaging was waterproof, so they never got wet in our mailbox!
When I opened them I smiled widely & was instantly in love with them! They were a great size, fur was soft & so fluffy, the ears were so cute, the shirts were great & the writing was perfect! I had noticed on the flyer that you could use up to I think 11 characters to personalize them. My grandkids names are both 5 letters long; with a space after their names there would be enough characters to add the year 2016 along with the names & space. The representative agreed it would fit & she liked the idea also.
So now my grandkids will always remember what Easter they recieved those bunnies from Grammie & Grandpa. I'm sure they will keep them a long while & the bunnies will late a long while!
So as far as Gifts For You Now as a company FANTASTIC service, Fast Shipping, Great Quality, & Wonderful Services!!!!

The quality of the products advertised are poor. Specifically, the materials used are the cheapest that can be purchased. The Christmas stockings were of poor quality, for example the stockings should have been red in color, but they were orange. Who wants orange stocking for Christmas. I was dissatisfied as a customer and this company did not care. They stole my money. I will never do business with this company again. Again, this comany do not care about their customers. It is all about getting the money.

Took a while to get the sweatshirt once ordered. I ordered it with Royal Blue lettering but it arrived in a muted purple lettering. They made me send a picture of it and send them to examine. I finally heard back nearly two weeks after receiving how they cannot always produce the right color. I was given a choice of keeping it and getting 30%off or it back for refund and eating the shipping costs. Hmmmmmm I would say I am unsatisfied. Lost Money and Time with this company.

As I has called 3 previous times to get through and had to hand up after 45 minutes on hold, they told me someone would contact me right away via email. And, that I would still be able to get the gift in time for Christmas. Well, that never happened. I once again had to call and wait on hold. When I explained the problem and lack of customer service I was told that they were not going to refund my money. They are a terrible company to deal with and they deliver terrible products.
