On 9/4/18, Stanley Steemer cleaned rooms at my homeI had scheduled online for the rooms to be cleaned for $When the technician completed the service, I was given a bill for $When questioned, he stated that my rooms were oversizedThis was not told this prior to the service I am disappointed with this and will never use them againDeceitful practicesadvertising

I had my carpets cleaned on Dec 11thI left the following week to go visit family for the holidayWhen I returned on Dec 24th I noticed that the spots which was why I got them cleaned were backI called Stanley immediately after Christmas and the person I spoke with said they would redo the cleaningThe carpet was crunchy and the spots so he agreed to redoHe sent me a confirmation showing the reclean with $showing no chargeI asked for a different tech because I wanted to see if someone else would do better on the spots and the carpets felt like they had been cleaned with dirty waterBecause I had a back injury I asked to reschedule the next week which wasn't a problemWhen the tech arrived, before he had even seen the carpets he was already saying he couldn't reclean itHe accused me of having a New Years Eve party (I didn't, I was

My cleaning appointment time was 9-They arrived after 2pm but did call to explain the previous job was taking longer than expectedI think they rushed to do my job since they were behind schedule because, although it was cleaner than before, the grout looked very spottyI bleached cleaned afterwards to get it completely cleanPreviously to the cleaning, I was not able to get the grout cleaned in many areas with just bleach so the process does workAlso, there were a couple of minor chips in the tile
