I understand however this vehicle did not make it past months Gil's I thought was a reputable place with more than one location My parents payed off their vehicle and my brother who also went through Gil's is about to pay his off too, we obviously trusted Gil's When I notified them of what happened , and where the vehicle was [redacted] said not to worry , she would think they would be able to get me into a different car I am very disappointed to see they are changing their mind and trying to blame me for using my vehicle for a family trip to Illinois I understand you are telling me to contact them and possibly work something out with them however as previously stated, they do not return my calls I have left several messages and still have not heard from anyone I would hope they would contact me and ask me to come to in to discuss but again, I have heard nothing from them

Our records indicate this auto purchase was 09/08/ There was a month 3,miles limited warranty included with the purchase After 12/04/no other mechanical coverage was in effectWe show no records of Gils doing any repair or attempt to file a claim with our service department during the warranty coverage period The date of reported accident was 08/24/ The accident would have been covered under her comprehensive insurance coverage, however the policy had lapsed This was unfortunate but beyond the control of Gil's Auto SalesSincerely, J [redacted] VP

I got my Hyundai elantra on April I have paid a little over thousand dollars and now they are telling me im in a lease hyundai elentra purchased April they didnt tell me I was in a leaseI paid a little over thousand dollars I pay cash and by debit card at the end of each month.this car is not worth thousand dollars let alone thousand in which thats what they are saying I will have paid before I can get my title and I was not informed of the lease they target low income women

I purchased an Nissan Altima from Gil's Auto Sales April 14th with an down payment of $I had to come back the week after with another portion of $which I did not have due to my days off of work with no transportationI called Gil's and spoke with the Boss to let him know my problems and what was going on the reason I couldn't pay the other portion of the $We talked on the phone and I also told him how I wasn't satisfied with the car and that it did not run good*** you told me to come down to the office Saturday April and when I got there we talked about the situation and he told me that he would put me in something that I would be more satisfied with and before I left I asked him about the other $portion he told me to not worry about it until he got me into another car and that we would rearrange the $portion he told me to come back the following MondayToday I went down there and it was a whole different storyI got there early and was not seen unti

My wallet was taken out of my car after a wrongful car repossessionI was never notified by Gil's that my wallet was in their possession until I called themI sent my fiance' to pick up my wallet a month after I find out about my wallet being there because I work during the same operating hours that Gil's operateThey were VERY Rude with meMike one of the managers made a joke about him being the ONLY person I could contact to file a complaint about him being rude and ununderstadingEverybody said that he was the only person other than MrGils himself that I could complain toAnd said that I was NOT speaking to MrGilsI was already frustrated that they went in my glove compartment to retrieve my wallet in the first placeI even called another Gils location and spoke with a guy named Eric to try to speak with MrGils to file a complaint and he said No one could get his number or email address

I have bought eleven cars from Gil's auto sales since I have vehicles now with them I went to try an buy from a reputable dealership an was approved so I was trading my jeep and I gave the new dealership my most recent receipt which showed my balance of $so when the dealership called for payoff it was different from receipt it was $ when my wife called they said this was a lease we have never in last cars bought from Gil's leased any of them when we make our payments an get a receipt each month it says balance owed but these last vehicles we are buying now the receipt is incorrect there is $more owed than receipt reflects that has never been in all previous cars we bought when receipt got to $we were done So Imy wife called owners son an he SD he couldn't help that my husband was un-educated an I was a psycho because I was crying at dealership when found out what had been done..I have no choice but to accept because I signed a lease not knowing just trusted it was the same as all other cars I had bought, I just hope this helps people who are considering buying from Gil's look at contract if says lease change to buy,or you will think when receipt says you will still owe thousands of dollars hope this will helpThank you

Every car is sold with a day love it or leave it policyAfter this time frame, a 3month/ 3,mile warranty claim can be executed According to my service department all necessary repairs have been filed and paid by the warranty company at no cost to the customer Please advise if any other repair needs to be done under warranty

OF COURSE THEY WOULD SAY THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE OF ME COMING TO THEIR SHOPwhich I did go to there shop and they told me to go to Auto parts store and have them to look at it!! Even when I called they told me the same thingIt's obvious that they practice bad business on a frequent basis and been getting away with it and Nobody seems to care!! Regardless the car should have never caught fire, which is negligence on their partThis could have been very tragic for my children and all they can say is that it's unfortunate and not a aproblem of GIL'S AUTOI also went to there office on Monday the 17, of August and reported the problem, not the 24thThey are so worried about them getting paid that they went behind my back and filed a claim with the insurance company without MEI guess someone in the office pretended to be Me!!! This is the illeagal things that they do and no one seems to care about it!! I will go futher if I have too!! I wanted to warn everyone about the crooks and liars that Gils and Gold car lending isI purchased a truck with Gils after paying faithfully for two years decided to trade the vehicle in due to the issues I had Well I traded it with another truck which just short months the entire transmission went outI didn't have dollars to get it fixedSo I asked them if they could fix it and tact my repair expenses to my payments monthlyThey said yesBut when I went to pick my vehicle up They asked for dollarsI asked them why they had lied to me and said they could fix it and allow me to pay on the expenses ? Long story short they back dated my car payment I made and applied it to the repair expensesAfter I tried to get the money up to pay and failed they repo ed my truck at work After I had said that I would turn it inThe rep called me a *** and hung up on meThey have no compassion for a good paying customers hardships.I will tell everyone I know

Me and my husband have been saying up for a vehicleWe don't have the best credit and we wanted to find a great dealership near where we live to help put us in a carWe decided to go to Gil's Auto Sales and I dealt with a guy named *** *** he seemed very helpful at first but then moment he pulled out credit he began to be INCREDIBLY rudeHe never even gave me the chance to say "ok let make this work!" They were asking for $down because of our credit, that's a lot but we were willing to do that because we really needed a car but because *** *** was incredibly rude and told us he could not help us because he assumed that since our credit was bad that we could afford the down paymentI was HIGHLY offendedThey supposedly specializes in "bad credit, no credit" but that is not true at allSo I told him how rude I felt he was and told him I would be taking my business else where
