Poor customer service and bad cars are being sold
Brought a car on 4/17/the car started giving me problems the same day went back on 4/18/was informed the manager was not in to come back the next day could not make it back and called to talk to *** the man who sold me the car and I brought it back on 4/20/I informed him I didn't want a car given me problems the same day purchases he said he will talk to his manager and get back with me didn't hear back from anyone until 4/25/the manager apologizes and told me please let them make it right gave me another car on 4/29/a Chevrolet Cruz I drove it and the car overheated on me that same night which was on a Saturday I contacted the manager Monday to go get the car later that day I called back to see if they had it and now it's 5/5/and I have not heard anything from anyone yet

I bought a car thinking it would pass state inspection but in reality the engine light was disabled to where I wouldn't know if something was wrong
I bought a dodge caliber from GilS on October 31,As a car buyer one of the first thing you check are the fluids and to see if the check engine light was onIn my case the engine light was off and the fluids looked good so I purchased the carI recently moved to Missouri and to get it tagged it has to pass a state inspectionMy car failed because I have a bad Cadillac converterWhich I would have known about sooner if the check engine light hadn't been purposefully disabledWhen I called them about the incident they told me that there was nothing they could do about fixing the converter but they would only pay for the light bulb (if I bought it first and that I presented a receipt)On their website they even say "they do a rigorous inspection" but apparently they didn't know about the check engine light being disabled when they

I hate to hear about this misunderstanding with the sales transaction All car sales transactions fall under our day love it or leave it return policy Paperwork and full price disclosure is explained verbally at time of closing and signed document copies are delivered

I am not satisfied based on the fact that I was in an rental car for months or more and they did not provide me with any details of what was going on with my carAnd also the fact that I made a payment, also I feel as though even by them returning the car to me stating that it was fixed is an errorAs I stated I had been back and forth with this car every since I had it and I know for a fact that they shoud be willing to compensate me in some manner, other than just stating that I gave them the car back, because again they cost me a great deal of my time and money

I understand however this vehicle did not make it past months Gil's I thought was a reputable place with more than one location My parents payed off their vehicle and my brother who also went through Gil's is about to pay his off too, we obviously trusted Gil's When I notified them of what happened , and where the vehicle was *** said not to worry , she would think they would be able to get me into a different car I am very disappointed to see they are changing their mind and trying to blame me for using my vehicle for a family trip to Illinois I understand you are telling me to contact them and possibly work something out with them however as previously stated, they do not return my calls I have left several messages and still have not heard from anyone I would hope they would contact me and ask me to come to in to discuss but again, I have heard nothing from them

After looking over several cars with in my budget I was limited to only a few cars and the I told the salesman due to very bad experience with Nissan's I didn't wont that car aftee I got it there was so many problems with the car from jump one everything including damage faulty motor
etcAfter replacing one motor with another old motor soon as I got the car back ii text drove the car but it was skipping from A to Z electronic core packs failure so I took it back I call so many times in I talked to the direct person who sold me the vehicle that it was a bad vehicle but salesman got my direct complaints but day after day ive called his direct line his phone kept changing up in my face to me as a deliberately when he did pick uo the phone he would tells me he would his boss no my complaint but they seems not to be concerned at all as long as they had the car sold I was very upset with them I was with our a car for days paying cab fee for work because they refused to give me another car at all for me to get to work I repeatedly tried to work out payment adjustment due date because I didn't have the car for about a week but they refuse to cooperate so July 31,I gave the car back to them due to many many days failure to get another car now I dont wont nothing to do with them very bad sale and I don't won't nothing from them as long as they don't put it on my credit report Mr.*** ***

My wallet was taken out of my car after a wrongful car repossessionI was never notified by Gil's that my wallet was in their possession until I called themI sent my fiance' to pick up my wallet a month after I find out about my wallet being there because I work during the same operating hours that Gil's operateThey were VERY Rude with meMike one of the managers made a joke about him being the ONLY person I could contact to file a complaint about him being rude and ununderstadingEverybody said that he was the only person other than MrGils himself that I could complain toAnd said that I was NOT speaking to MrGilsI was already frustrated that they went in my glove compartment to retrieve my wallet in the first placeI even called another Gils location and spoke with a guy named Eric to try to speak with MrGils to file a complaint and he said No one could get his number or email address
