Great crew of guys working for the dealership; everything was smooth from the first visit all the way to the purchase. The owner was especially nice and even stopped to visit and make sure we were well taken care of.

The customer came here to get her spare tire which she was able to get the same day but unfortunately we didn't have anyone to do the cancellation process of the warranty for her that night and we offered to email or mail the cancellation forms to her so she didn't to come backto the dealership and...

she was ok with that.Shane our finance manager emailed the forms to her by the next day and she filled everything out and sent the forms back to us and we submitted everything to the warranty company.the cancellation process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.We took care of everything she asked for and we apologized to her for any inconvenience.any questions please give us a call [redacted]Sales Manager

The customer ordered an exhaust system for his Mustang. He was originally unhappy with the sound and wanted it louder. I ordered more parts for the exhaust system and had them installed. The work has been completed and customer said he was happy with the results.

I went in for a service repair. Chris was nice and professional. Great service for a great price.

My wife and I went to Gillespie Ford in Gurnee, IL after speaking with Elizabeth on the phone. She was very helpful in answering our questions when it came to the different kinds of Explorers we were looking at, and which ones we could afford. We probably kept her on the phone for about an hour, but she was happy to do some research with us and recommended the best Explorer. She listened to out Explorer wants and needs, and matched us with the perfect one. She was also very sweet with our baby girl and we really liked that she kept the conversation opened up between all of us, rather than just focusing on me or my wife- or our preferences. Even though Liz won't admit it, we were probably one of the most hassling customers she's ever had. However, she never let us feel that way for a second. She was very friendly throughout the whole ordeal, and even checks up on us from time to time. I have already told my friends and family to go see her if they're ever in the market for a vehicle, or even just looking. She's a very honest and sincere girl, and my wife and I could tell that she prefers helping people get into the car they want for the price they want, rather than just ripping them off and then never seeing them again. We are still treated very respectfully and prioritized when we go to Gillespie Ford by everyone there. Gillespie Ford is now my favorite and go-to dealer. Ask for Elizabeth and tell her that Matt sent you. She will take good care of you!
