Rich is an awesome sales person, was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question that we had for him. We had his complete attention the entire visit and process of us purchasing our 2016 Ford Explorer Sport.

Just bought a used Ford [redacted] from here a few weeks ago. Our salesman Rich, was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. Never felt pressure to buy and got an amazing deal. I came all the way from Indiana to look for a car and would never consider going elsewhere!

*Do NOT purchase their "special" where you prepay for 4 oil/and service inspections because it's not with it based on the poor work they will perform on your vehicle!
Here's why...
*Incompetent service writers that will try to sell you on any anything but not correctly address or point out any true problems with your vehicle.
*Lazy, [redacted] or both, technicians that will NOT do the job they are paid to do and pencil whip and falsify the paperwork report for your car and tell you that they checked everything! *Ignorant unprofessional and sleazy management that pretends to sympathize with you when you bring the problem to their attention then dismisse you not giving a damn about the problem!!
Sadly I fell for their package special and prepaid for the 4 oil services... EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone back after their service and checked my vehicle and realized they ither did crap for work and/or failure to point out something critical on the service report or entirely did not do aspects of the service!!!
Ever since this became Gillespie Ford I've had constant issues with their service department in just getting and oil change with the multi-point inspection, before that I never had any problems and was quite satisfied! Now, incredibly DISSATISFIED!

I stopped in to sell my dad's 2010 F150. Jay one of the managers helped me out and gave me a very fair price.
